AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مدير مشروع (Project Director) للعمل في منطقة الرياض، لقيادة التسليم الناجح لحزم متعددة من الجسور والبنية التحتية للنقل بما يتوافق مع أهداف العميل والمتطلبات التعاقدية والميزانية والجدول الزمني ومعايير الجودة والتزامات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير القيادة الاستراتيجية والإدارة التنفيذية للمشروع، وتحديد الأهداف واستراتيجيات التنفيذ وخطط التسليم.
- قيادة فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك الهندسة والإنشاءات ومراقبة المشاريع والشؤون التجارية والجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- تطبيق أطر الحوكمة للمشروع والحفاظ عليها طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- دفع أداء المشروع في مجالات السلامة والجودة والجدول الزمني والميزانية ورضا العميل.
- توجيه التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة وإتمام أعمال الجسور والبنية التحتية للنقل الرئيسية.
- إدارة الواجهات بين هياكل الجسور والطرق السريعة والمرافق والأعمال العامة وأنظمة النقل.
- ضمان التكامل الناجح للمتطلبات الهندسية والإنشائية والتشغيلية.
- العمل كواجهة تنفيذية رئيسية مع العميل وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، وقيادة الاجتماعات التنفيذية ولجان التوجيه ومراجعات حوكمة المشروع.
- ضمان التواصل الاستباقي مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة بشأن تقدم المشروع والمخاطر والقرارات الرئيسية.
- الإشراف التنفيذي على الأداء التجاري للمشروع والالتزامات التعاقدية، ومراقبة الميزانيات والتوقعات والأداء المالي.
- دعم التفاوض وحل القضايا التعاقدية والتجارية الرئيسية، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التعاقدية وإجراءات الحوكمة.
- ضمان تطوير وتنفيذ جداول زمنية واقعية وقابلة للتحقيق، ومراقبة التقدم مقابل المعالم الرئيسية والتزامات التسليم.
- قيادة تخطيط التعافي واستراتيجيات التخفيف عند تحديد التأخيرات أو المخاطر، وتنسيق الأنشطة بين التصميم والمشتريات والإنشاءات والتشغيل.
- تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي للقرارات الهندسية والإنشائية الرئيسية، وضمان الامتثال الفني للمواصفات والمعايير الدولية.
- إنشاء أطر إدارة مخاطر المشروع والحفاظ عليها، وتحديد المخاطر الاستراتيجية والتجارية والفنية والتشغيلية ومخاطر أصحاب المصلحة.
- قيادة ثقافة سلامة قوية عبر المشروع، وضمان تحقيق أهداف الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والامتثال التنظيمي، وتعزيز فلسفة "Zero Harm".
- الإشراف على أنظمة إدارة الجودة وضمان تسليم أصول البنية التحتية بأعلى المعايير، ودمج الاعتبارات البيئية والاستدامة في تنفيذ المشروع.
- بناء وقيادة وتوجيه فريق إدارة المشروع عالي الأداء، وضمان تخطيط الموارد وتخصيصها بشكل فعال، ودفع مشاركة الموظفين والتخطيط للخلافة وتطوير المواهب.
- مراجعة لوحات المعلومات التنفيذية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وتقديم تقارير وتوصيات استراتيجية للإدارة العليا وممثلي العميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل بشدة درجة الماجستير في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
- يفضل الحصول على مهندس معتمد (CEng) أو مهندس محترف (PE) أو PMP أو اعتماد مهني معادل.
- يفضل بشدة العضوية في مؤسسات مهنية معترف بها مثل ICE أو PMI أو ASCE أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في مشاريع البنية التحتية والنقل الكبرى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أدوار قيادية عليا أو على مستوى مدير مشروع.
- مسؤولية مثبتة عن مشاريع تتجاوز قيمتها 500 مليون دولار أمريكي.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات في مؤسسات استشارية أو إدارة المشاريع أو EPCM أو جهات عميلة.
- يفضل بشدة الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع البنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

Your role
Project Leadership & Governance
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Project.
- Establish project objectives, execution strategies, and delivery plans aligned with client requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, construction, project controls, commercial, quality, HSE, and stakeholder management functions.
- Ensure project governance frameworks are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project performance in relation to safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
- Direct the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of major bridge and transportation infrastructure works.
- Manage interfaces between bridge structures, highways, utilities, public realm works, and transportation systems.
- Ensure successful integration of engineering, construction, and operational requirements.
- Drive construction readiness and project execution strategies across multiple work fronts.
- Serve as the primary executive interface with client and other key stakeholders.
- Lead executive meetings, steering committees, and project governance reviews.

About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
- Membership in recognized professional institutions such as ICE, PMI, ASCE, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects.
- Minimum 10 years in senior leadership or project director-level roles.
- Demonstrated responsibility for projects with values exceeding USD 500 million.
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams in consultant, PMC, EPCM, or client organizations.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia and GCC infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
