تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة Senior Civil Engineer - Bridges في منطقة الرياض، حيث سيكون المهندس مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الجسور والبنية التحتية وضمان الالتزام بالرسومات والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف اليومي على أنشطة بناء الجسور والبنية التحتية.
  • ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً لرسومات IFC المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية وإجراءات المشروع ومتطلبات العقد.
  • مراقبة تقدم البناء وتقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الموقع.
  • مراجعة منهجيات البناء وضمان الامتثال لبيانات الطرق المعتمدة.
  • تنسيق أنشطة البناء لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
  • ضمان الامتثال لهندسة الجسور والمحاذاة والتفاوتات الإنشائية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المسح والجودة للتحقق من التحديد والوضع الإنشائي.
  • تنسيق الواجهات بين هياكل الجسور وأعمال البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
  • تحديد وحل التحديات الإنشائية التي تؤثر على تسليم المشروع.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال لمتطلبات الجودة والمعايير المطبقة.
  • مراجعة طلبات التفتيش ودعم الموافقات على المواد.
  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين وممثلي العميل وفرق الجودة لإجراء التفتيشات.
  • التحقق من الأعمال المنجزة قبل التفتيش والتسليم.
  • مراجعة ودعم إعداد سجلات as-built والتوثيق.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • حضور اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم واجتماعات التنسيق الفنية.
  • مراجعة مشكلات الموقع وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية.
  • ضمان حل الاستفسارات الفنية والقضايا المتعلقة بالتصميم في الوقت المناسب.
  • دعم فريق الهندسة في تنفيذ المراجعات التصميمية والتغييرات المعتمدة.
  • مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة.
  • المساعدة في أنشطة التخطيط قصيرة وطويلة المدى للبناء.
  • إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
  • تتبع الإنتاجية وأداء البناء مقابل أهداف المشروع.
  • دعم فرق التخطيط والرقابة في تقييمات التقدم.
  • ضمان امتثال أنشطة البناء لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
  • تعزيز ثقافة السلامة القوية في جميع مناطق العمل.
  • المشاركة في تفتيشات السلامة والمحادثات التوعوية والتحقيقات في الحوادث حسب الحاجة.
  • ضمان التنفيذ الآمن للأنشطة عالية الخطورة مثل عمليات الرفع والعمل على الارتفاعات والحفريات والأعمال المؤقتة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
  • درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية أو إدارة البناء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • التسجيل المهني لدى مؤسسة هندسية معترف بها يفضل.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 سنة في مشاريع الهندسة المدنية والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في بناء الجسور ذات الصلة.
  • خبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج تعتبر مرغوبة للغاية.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة مع الاستشاريين الدوليين أو المقاولين أو برامج البنية التحتية الحكومية.

Overview

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the construction of bridge and infrastructure works on the Projects. The role will ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Your role

Construction Supervision & Execution

  • Supervise day-to-day bridge and infrastructure construction activities.
  • Ensure works are performed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and contract requirements.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide technical support to site teams.
  • Review construction methodologies and ensure compliance with approved method statements.
  • Coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.

Bridge Construction Management

  • Ensure compliance with bridge geometry, alignment, and structural tolerances.
  • Coordinate with survey and quality teams to verify setting-out and structural positioning.

Infrastructure Works Coordination

  • Coordinate interfaces between bridge structures and associated infrastructure works.
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges affecting project delivery.

Quality Assurance & Control

  • Ensure all works comply with project quality requirements and applicable standards.
  • Review inspection requests and support material approvals.
  • Coordinate inspections with consultants, client representatives, and quality teams.
  • Verify completed works prior to inspections and handover.
  • Review and support the preparation of as-built records and documentation.

Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Attend progress review meetings and technical coordination meetings.
  • Review site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical queries and design-related issues.
  • Support the engineering team in implementing design revisions and approved changes.

Project Planning & Reporting

  • Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays.
  • Assist in short-term and long-term construction planning activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Track productivity and construction performance against project targets.
  • Support project controls and planning teams with progress assessments.

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

  • Ensure construction activities comply with project HSE requirements.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all work areas.
  • Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations as required.
  • Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities including lifting operations, work at height, excavations, and temporary works.

Qualifications

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or Construction Management is advantageous.
  • Professional registration with a recognized engineering institution is preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant bridge construction experience.
  • Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working with international consultants, contractors, or government infrastructure programs is preferred.
