تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis إلى توظيف خبير متخصص في الجسور الإنشائية / الجسور (Structural / Bridges SME) للعمل في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم برنامج جسور RCRC من خلال الإشراف على التصميم والتنفيذ والتسليم للمشاريع الضخمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتحليل وتنفيذ هياكل الجسور الفولاذية لمشاريع النقل الحضري والطرق السريعة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة إنشاء الجسور في المشاريع الكبرى، بما في ذلك مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية والمواد المقدمة وبيانات الطرق وتصميمات الأعمال المؤقتة.
- إجراء التفتيش الميداني لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- دعم أعمال تركيب الجسور، الإطلاق، التأهيل، التوسعة، التقوية، والاستبدال.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين واستشاريي الإشراف وفرق البناء أثناء التنفيذ، وحل التحديات الهندسية والإنشائية في الموقع.
- مراقبة تقدم البناء ودعم التسليم الفني عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
- التنسيق بين فرق الطرق والمرافق والمرور والصرف الصحي والجيوتقنية والبناء لضمان تكامل تصميم الجسور.
- الإلمام بمتطلبات تصميم الجسور في الممرات الحضرية المزدحمة والفصل الطبقي وتحسين شبكات الطرق الرئيسية.
- خبرة في مشاريع تأهيل وتقوية وتوسعة واستبدال الجسور.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في هندسة الجسور، مع تركيز كبير على تصميم الجسور الفولاذية والإشراف على الإنشاء.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ مشاريع الجسور داخل المملكة العربية السعودية و/أو منطقة الخليج.
- خبرة في المعايير الدولية لتصميم الجسور والمتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية.
- يفضل الحصول على الزمالة المهنية في الهندسة (Professional Engineering Chartership) أو اعتماد معادل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج تحليل وتصميم الجسور مثل MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, CSI Bridge, RM Bridge, أو SOFiSTiK.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والقيادة الفنية.
- خبرة في أنواع الجسور التالية: Steel Plate Girder Bridges, Steel Box Girder Bridges, Composite Steel-Concrete Bridges, Pedestrian Steel Bridges, Flyovers and Grade-Separated Interchanges, Elevated Road Structures.

Overview

Your role
Bridge Design & Engineering
- Extensive experience in the design, analysis, and delivery of steel bridge structures for major urban transportation and highway projects.
- Proven involvement in large-scale bridge and infrastructure developments in Riyadh, KSA, or similar GCC environments.
- Experience in:
- Steel Plate Girder Bridges
- Steel Box Girder Bridges
- Composite Steel-Concrete Bridges
- Pedestrian Steel Bridges
- Flyovers and Grade-Separated Interchanges
- Elevated Road Structures
- Experience supervising bridge construction activities on major infrastructure projects.
- Review and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and temporary works designs.
- Site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Experience supporting bridge erection, launching, rehabilitation, widening, strengthening, and replacement works.
- Coordination with contractors, supervision consultants, and construction teams during project execution.
- Resolution of site-related engineering and construction challenges.
- Monitoring construction progress and supporting technical delivery throughout all project stages.
- Familiarity with bridge design requirements for congested urban corridors, grade separations, and major road network improvements.
- Experience in bridge rehabilitation, strengthening, widening, and replacement projects.
- Proven capability in coordinating bridge design with highways, utilities, traffic, drainage, geotechnical, and construction teams.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across clients, contractors, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in bridge engineering, with significant exposure to steel bridge design and construction supervision.
- Proven experience delivering bridge projects within Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of bridge analysis and design software such as MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, CSI Bridge, RM Bridge, or SOFiSTiK.
- Experience with international bridge design standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Professional Engineering Chartership or equivalent accreditation is desirable.
