تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة Risk Manager (مدير مخاطر) في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل ضمن بيئة إدارة مشاريع (PMC) على مشاريع الطرق والجسور والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيكون مدير المخاطر مسؤولاً عن إنشاء وتطبيق وصيانة عمليات فعالة لإدارة مخاطر المشاريع عبر مشاريع الطرق الرئيسية والطرق السريعة والجسور والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها. يعمل ضمن بيئة إدارة مشاريع (PMC) لدعم فرق تسليم المشاريع والعملاء في تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف ومراقبة المخاطر طوال دورة حياة المشروع لضمان تحقيق أهداف البرنامج المتعلقة بالتكلفة والجدول الزمني والجودة والسلامة ومتطلبات أصحاب المصلحة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة المخاطر: تطوير وتنفيذ أطر ومنهجيات وإجراءات إدارة مخاطر المشاريع وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
  • قيادة ورش عمل تحديد المخاطر مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع والاستشاريين والمقاولين وممثلي العميل.
  • إنشاء وصيانة سجلات مخاطر المشاريع والبرامج.
  • إجراء تقييمات مخاطر نوعية وكمية لمشاريع البنية التحتية.
  • تقييم مخاطر المشاريع المتعلقة بالتصميم والبناء والمشتريات والتصاريح والمرافق وإدارة المرور والقيود البيئية وواجهات أصحاب المصلحة.
  • تطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف وخطط الطوارئ لتقليل التعرض للمخاطر.
  • مراقبة المخاطر والفرص الناشئة والتوصية بإجراءات استباقية.
  • تحليل المخاطر الكمية (QRA) ومحاكاة مونت كارلو: قيادة تقييمات المخاطر الكمية للمشاريع الكبرى.
  • تطوير وصيانة نماذج الجدول الزمني والتكلفة المعدلة حسب المخاطر.
  • إجراء محاكاة مونت كارلو لتقييم عدم اليقين في الجدول الزمني والتكلفة.
  • تحليل مستويات الثقة (P50, P80, P90) لتواريخ إنجاز المشروع وتوقعات الميزانية.
  • تحديد محركات المخاطر الحرجة التي تؤثر على نتائج المشروع وتقديم توصيات لتقليل التعرض.
  • دعم تخطيط الطوارئ من خلال التنبؤ الاحتمالي وتحليل السيناريوهات.
  • إعداد تقارير تحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني (SRA) وتحليل مخاطر التكلفة (CRA) للإدارة التنفيذية والعملاء.
  • تفسير مخرجات المحاكاة وإيصال النتائج بفعالية إلى أصحاب المصلحة الفنيين وغير الفنيين.
  • مراقبة المشاريع وإعداد التقارير: دمج أنشطة إدارة المخاطر مع وظائف مراقبة المشاريع والتخطيط والجدولة وإدارة التكاليف.
  • دعم تحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني وتقييمات مخاطر التكلفة.
  • إعداد لوحات معلومات المخاطر والتقارير والعروض التقديمية لقيادة المشروع وفرق العميل.
  • تقديم تحديثات منتظمة حول المخاطر الرئيسية والاتجاهات وفعالية التخفيف.
  • تتبع مالكي إجراءات المخاطر وضمان إغلاق تدابير التخفيف في الوقت المناسب.
  • إدارة أصحاب المصلحة: تسهيل اجتماعات مراجعة المخاطر مع فرق المشروع وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
  • التواصل مع ممثلي العميل لضمان تحقيق أهداف إدارة المخاطر.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والتجارة والبناء والصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإدارة العقود لتقييم مخاطر المشروع بشكل شامل.
  • دعم الإدارة العليا في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية من خلال التحليل القائم على المخاطر.
  • الحوكمة والامتثال: ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العميل وأطر حوكمة المشروع والالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • تعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالمخاطر عبر المؤسسة.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات التدقيق والضمان للمشاريع.
  • المساهمة في الدروس المستفادة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في مراقبة المشاريع أو إدارة المخاطر أو إدارة المشاريع.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في دور مخصص لإدارة المخاطر.
  • خبرة مثبتة في العمل ضمن بيئة إدارة مشاريع (PMC) أو استشارات هندسية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الطرق والطرق السريعة والجسور والبنية التحتية للنقل واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إجراء محاكاة مونت كارلو وتقييمات المخاطر الكمية على مشاريع رأسمالية كبرى.
  • يفضل خبرة في دعم السلطات الحكومية ووكالات النقل وبرامج البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق في الشرق الأوسط.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Risk Manager, in Riyadh, KSA.

The Risk Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining effective project risk management processes across major roads, highways, bridges, and associated infrastructure projects. Working within a PMC environment, the role will support project delivery teams and clients in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of program objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder requirements.

Your role

Risk Management

  • Develop and implement project risk management frameworks, methodologies, and procedures in line with international best practices.
  • Lead risk identification workshops with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
  • Establish and maintain project and program risk registers.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for infrastructure projects.
  • Evaluate project risks related to design, construction, procurement, permitting, utilities, traffic management, environmental constraints, and stakeholder interfaces.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to reduce project exposure.
  • Monitor emerging risks and opportunities and recommend proactive actions.

Quantitative Risk Analysis & Monte Carlo Simulation

  • Lead quantitative risk assessments (QRA) for major infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain risk-adjusted schedules and cost models.
  • Perform Monte Carlo simulations to assess schedule and cost uncertainty.
  • Analyze confidence levels (P50, P80, P90) for project completion dates and budget forecasts.
  • Identify critical risk drivers affecting project outcomes and provide recommendations to reduce exposure.
  • Support contingency planning through probabilistic forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Produce Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA) reports for executive management and clients.
  • Interpret simulation outputs and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Controls & Reporting

  • Integrate risk management activities with project controls, planning, scheduling, and cost management functions.
  • Support schedule risk analysis and cost risk assessments.
  • Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and presentations for project leadership and client teams.
  • Provide regular updates on key project risks, trends, and mitigation effectiveness.
  • Track risk action owners and ensure timely closure of mitigation measures.

Stakeholder Management

  • Facilitate risk review meetings with project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with client representatives to ensure risk management objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate with engineering, commercial, construction, HSE, and contract management teams to assess project risks comprehensively.
  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making through risk-based analysis.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, project governance frameworks, and contractual obligations.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture across the project organization.
  • Participate in project audits and assurance reviews.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls, risk management, or project management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a dedicated risk management role.
  • Proven experience working within a PMC or engineering consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience on large-scale roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience conducting Monte Carlo simulations and quantitative risk assessments on major capital projects.
  • Experience supporting government authorities, transport agencies, and large-scale infrastructure programs in the Middle East is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of: Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Monte Carlo Simulation, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Cost Risk Analysis (CRA), Confidence Level Forecasting (P50/P80/P90), Earned Value Management (EVM)
