نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم المفتشون المقيمون بإجراء عمليات تفتيش بصرية على محطات وقطارات المترو، لمراقبة وتوثيق واختبار أنشطة التشغيل والصيانة التي يقوم بها المقاولون. تشمل هذه المهام إعداد تقارير تفصيلية والتحقق من دقة المسوحات التي يكملها المقاولون. يضمن المفتشون المقيمون أن عملهم يتوافق مع إجراءات الشركة ويكمل متطلبات المقاول. كما يتعاونون مع المقاولين لضمان أن جميع عمليات التفتيش والوثائق تلبي المعايير المقررة وتساهم بفعالية في الجودة الشاملة والامتثال للمشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش بصرية مستمرة في الموقع على محطات وقطارات مترو الرياض.
- مراقبة وتقييم أنشطة التشغيل والصيانة التي يقوم بها المقاولون.
- إجراء الاختبارات عند الحاجة لتقييم أداء أنشطة التشغيل والصيانة.
- ملاحظة وتوثيق العيوب أو الأضرار أو الحالات غير المطابقة باستخدام الصور و/أو تسجيلات الفيديو لتوفير مسوحات شاملة لحالة الموقع وأدلة داعمة.
- إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن حالة محطات وقطارات المترو.
- الالتزام بالإجراءات لضمان أن جميع عمليات التفتيش تلبي متطلبات المشروع واللوائح التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية لمدة سنتين على الأقل.
- معرفة بمعايير ولوائح الصيانة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- معرفة بلوائح ومعايير الصناعة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في مراقبة الأداء ومراقبة الجودة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تفتيش عمليات التشغيل والصيانة في مجال السكك الحديدية (يفضل).

Overview
Resident Inspectors will conduct visual inspections on Rail stations and trains to monitor, document, and test operation & maintenance activities conducted by contractors. This role involves detailed reporting and verifying the accuracy of the contractor's completed surveys. Resident Inspectors will ensure that their work aligns with A procedures and complements the contractor's requirements. Additionally, they will collaborate with contractors to ensure that all inspections and documentation meet established standards and effectively contribute to the overall quality and compliance of the project.

Resident Inspectors will ensure that their work aligns with A procedures and complements the contractor's requirements. Additionally, they will collaborate with contractors to ensure that all inspections and documentation meet established standards and effectively contribute to the overall quality and compliance of the project.
Your role
- Perform continuous onsite visual inspections on Riyadh metro stations and trains
- Monitor and evaluate the operation and maintenance activities performed by the contractors.
- Conduct tests when necessary to assess the performance of operation and maintenance activities
- Observe and note defects, damages, or nonconforming conditions using photos and/or video recordings to provide comprehensive condition surveys and supporting evidence
- Prepare detailed reports on metro stations and trains conditions.
- Adhere to procedures to ensure all inspections meet project and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 2-year college degree
- Knowledge of maintenance standards and regulations
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Experience in performance monitoring and quality control
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in Operation & Maintenance inspection in railway is preferred
