نبذة عن الوظيفة

يلعب مسؤول اتصال TCC دوراً حاسماً في ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين مركز التحكم في النقل (TCC) وفرق التشغيل خلال مرحلة التشغيل والصيانة لنظام المترو. تدعم هذه الوظيفة إدارة الحركة المرورية بسلاسة، ومعالجة الحوادث بكفاءة، وضمان تدفق الاتصالات بسلاسة عبر جميع الأطراف المعنية. يساهم المسؤول في اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية في الوقت الفعلي، ويضمن تدفق المعلومات في الوقت المناسب، ويساعد في الحفاظ على موثوقية الخدمة ومعايير السلامة. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات تنسيق قوية، والقدرة على العمل في بيئات عالية الضغط، وخبرة في أنظمة المترو أو النقل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تسهيل التنسيق بين مركز التحكم في النقل (TCC) وفرق التشغيل
  • ضمان إدارة حركة المرور بكفاءة واستمرارية التشغيل عبر شبكة المترو
  • العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية أثناء الاستجابة للحوادث وانقطاعات الخدمة
  • ضمان التواصل الفوري والتصعيد وحل المشكلات التشغيلية
  • دعم TCC في المراقبة الفورية واتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية
  • تنسيق أنشطة الإرسال وضمان التوافق مع الفرق الميدانية
  • الحفاظ على تدفق معلومات دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب بين TCC والموظفين الميدانيين
  • المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ بروتوكولات إدارة الحوادث
  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والإجراءات التشغيلية
  • التعاون مع مقاولي التشغيل والصيانة والفرق الفنية وممثلي جهة العمل
  • دعم المراجعات التشغيلية وإعداد التقارير وتقييمات الأداء

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في النقل أو إدارة المرور أو مجال ذي صلة
  • 5 سنوات خبرة على الأقل في عمليات النقل أو المترو/السكك الحديدية
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة إدارة النقل وعمليات غرفة التحكم
  • خبرة في إدارة الحوادث والتنسيق التشغيلي
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على تعدد المهام
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئات عالية الضغط وفي الوقت الفعلي
  • مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات
  • الإلمام بالإجراءات التشغيلية ومعايير السلامة

Overview

The TCC Liaison Officer plays a critical role in ensuring effective coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams during the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase of a metro system. This role supports smooth traffic management, efficient incident handling, and seamless communication across all stakeholders. The TCC Liaison Officer contributes to real-time operational decision-making, ensures timely information flow, and helps maintain service reliability and safety standards. The position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work in high-pressure environments, and experience in metro or transportation systems.

Your role

  • Facilitate coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams
  • Ensure efficient traffic management and operational continuity across the metro network
  • Act as the primary liaison during incident response and service disruptions
  • Ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution of operational issues
  • Support TCC in real-time monitoring and operational decision-making
  • Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure alignment with field teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely information flow between TCC and on-ground personnel
  • Assist in development and implementation of incident management protocols
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with O&M Contractors, technical teams, and Employer representatives
  • Support operational reviews, reporting, and performance assessments

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or metro/rail operations
  • Strong understanding of transportation management systems and control room operations
  • Experience in incident management and operational coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, real-time environments
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with operational procedures and safety standards
