شركة AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مساح طرق ومساح أراضي (Land/Road Surveyor) ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقها في مشروع تطوير بنية تحتية ضخم للطرق في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مسوحات طبوغرافية وهندسية ومسارات للطرق الرئيسية والتقاطعات وممرات المرافق والأعمال المدنية المرتبطة.
- تنفيذ عملية التوقيع (Setting out) لمحاذاة الطرق والخطوط المركزية والمنحنيات والأعمال الترابية والمرافق والهياكل.
- إنشاء وصيانة شبكات التحكم المساحية والمعايير والنقاط المرجعية عبر مناطق المشروع الكبيرة.
- تشغيل الأجهزة المتقدمة: Total Station و GPS/GNSS RTK و Digital Level و Laser Scanner وغيرها.
- معالجة البيانات الميدانية باستخدام AutoCAD و Civil 3D و Trimble Business Center أو Leica Geo Office.
- إعداد الرسومات المساحية والملفات الجانبية والمقاطع العرضية وسجلات as-built.
- التحقق من المستويات والارتفاعات والمحاذاة الأفقية والرأسية ونماذج DTM.
- توفير مدخلات مساحية دقيقة لأعمال الكميات الترابية والتسوية وطبقات الرصف ومجاري الصرف.
- دعم فرق البناء في التوقيع الدقيق للطرق السريعة والجسور والأنفاق وشبكات الصرف ونقل المرافق.
- التحقق من مطابقة أعمال البناء للمخططات الصادرة للتنفيذ (IFC) ومواصفات المشروع.
- تحديد التناقضات والتنسيق مع المهندسين لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- المساعدة أثناء التفتيش مع الاستشاريين والجهات الرسمية.
- التنسيق اليومي مع مهندسي الموقع ومراقبة الجودة وفرق البناء ومصممي الاستشارات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات يومية وتقارير مساحية وسجلات معايرة الأجهزة.
- إعداد وتقديم وثائق as-built المطلوبة للموافقات والتسليم.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (QHSE) في الموقع.
- ضمان دقة وموثوقية جميع القياسات المساحية.
- الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية السعودية ومتطلبات الجهات مثل RCRC و MOMRAH و كود البناء السعودي و وزارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المساحة أو الهندسة المدنية أو الجيوماتكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة مهنية في المساحة (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة من 5 إلى 12 سنة كمساح أراضي أو طرق، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية الضخمة أو العملاقة.
- خبرة في الطرق السريعة والطرق الرئيسية والأعمال الترابية والمرافق والأعمال المدنية واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة قوية في العمل مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين العالميين في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج: AutoCAD و Civil 3D و Trimble Business Center و Leica Geo Office.
- إتقان أنظمة GNSS/RTK.
- فهم قوي للهندسة الأفقية والرأسية وطبقات الرصف وعمليات ضبط الجودة المساحية.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات المدنية المعقدة والمواصفات.

We are seeking an experienced Land/Road Surveyor to join our team for a mega infrastructure road development project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will conduct precise field surveys, support complex highway and infrastructure construction, and ensure full compliance with project specifications, Saudi standards, and authority requirements.
Your role
Field Surveying & Site Measurements
- Conduct topographic, route, and engineering surveys for major road corridors, interchanges, utility corridors, and related civil works.
- Perform setting out for road alignments, centerlines, curves, earthworks, utilities, and structures.
- Establish and maintain survey control networks, benchmarks, and reference points across large project zones.
- Operate advanced instruments: Total Station, GPS/GNSS RTK, Digital Level, Laser Scanner, etc.
- Process field data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or Leica software.
- Prepare survey drawings, profiles, cross‑sections, and as‑built records.
- Validate levels, elevations, horizontal/vertical alignments, and DTM models.
- Provide accurate survey inputs for earthworks quantities, grading, pavement layers, and drainage works.
- Support construction teams with precise setting‑out for highways, bridges, tunnels, drainage networks, and utility relocations.
- Verify that construction works comply with IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and project specifications.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with engineers for corrective actions.
- Assist during inspections with consultants and authorities.
- Coordinate daily with site engineers, QA/QC, construction teams, and design consultants.
- Maintain daily logs, survey reports, and equipment calibration records.
- Prepare and submit as-built survey documents required for approvals and handover.
- Ensure all survey activities are documented as per contract, consultant, and authority requirements.
- Adhere to all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) protocols on site.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of all survey measurements.
- Comply with KSA regulatory standards and requirements from authorities such as:
- RCRC (Royal Commission for Riyadh City)
- MOMRAH
- Saudi Building Code
- Ministry of Transport & Logistic Services (MOTLS)
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
- Professional surveying certification is an asset.
- 5-12 years of experience as a Land or Road Surveyor, ideally on mega or giga infrastructure projects.
- Experience in highways, expressways, earthworks, utilities, and large‑scale civil works.
- Strong background working with global consultants and contractors in KSA or GCC.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- Trimble Business Center
- Leica Geo Office
- GNSS/RTK systems
- Strong understanding of horizontal/vertical geometry, pavement layers, and survey QA/QC processes.
- Ability to interpret complex civil drawings and specifications.
