نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي (Structural Engineer) متمرس للانضمام إلى فريق AtkinsRéalis في الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم تقديم حلول هندسية عالية الجودة ضمن مشاريع السكك الحديدية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المهندس الإنشائي تقييم المنشآت المدنية مثل الجسور والمجاري، بالإضافة إلى منشآت المباني المرتبطة بمرافق السكك الحديدية. تشمل المسؤوليات مراجعة الوثائق الفنية والإشراف على أعمال البناء للأصول الجديدة والمحدثة، وضمان الامتثال الكامل للمعايير والمتطلبات المعمول بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم إرشادات خبراء والإشراف على جميع جوانب الهندسة الإنشائية في مشاريع النقل، من التصور وحتى الإنجاز، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات واللوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التصميم والبناء لمراجعة وتقييم الرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات والحسابات.
- إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية شاملة لتقييم السلامة الإنشائية، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة، واقتراح حلول فعالة للتخفيف منها.
- مراقبة تقدم الأعمال الإنشائية في الموقع للتأكد من الالتزام بالتصاميم والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين لحل أي مشاكل أو تحديات إنشائية تنشأ أثناء البناء.
- مراجعة والموافقة على طرق العمل والرسومات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings) والمواد المقدمة المتعلقة بالأعمال الإنشائية.
- إجراء تقييمات إنشائية دورية وتقديم توصيات للتدعيم أو التعديل حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد تقارير شاملة ووثائق ومراسلات تتعلق بأنشطة الهندسة الإنشائية.
- العمل كحلقة وصل فنية بين فريق المشروع والعملاء والجهات المعنية، والرد على أي استفسارات أو مخاوف إنشائية في الوقت المناسب.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (مصممين، مقاولين، مدراء مشاريع، فريق تجاري وفريق مراقبة المشاريع) لوضع خطط وميزانيات المشروع.
- التواصل مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية المعنية حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان تحقيق المشاريع للمواصفات والمواعيد النهائية ومعايير الجودة.
- مراجعة الوثائق الفنية المتعلقة بالتخصص من حيث الاكتمال والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والواجهات ومتطلبات الجهات المعنية والمعايير المطبقة (تشمل الطلبات التصميمية في مراحل مختلفة، الرسومات التنفيذية، رسومات «كما بني»، الحسابات، التقييمات، المواصفات الفنية، وثائق الواجهات، تقارير الهندسة القيمية، طلبات المواد، تصنيفات رموز الأنظمة، جداول الكميات).
- المساهمة في إجراء مراجعات متعددة التخصصات للوثائق الفنية لضمان التنسيق الكامل للتسليمات.
- المشاركة في إنتاج ومراجعة مقترحات الهندسة القيمية.
- إجراء تفتيشات الجودة والإشراف على تركيب واختبار وتشغيل الأعمال الإنشائية، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة واللوائح.
- مراقبة التقدم في المشروع وتقديم التقارير، وتحديد القضايا المحتملة والانحرافات عن الخطوط الأساسية ومعالجتها بالتعاون مع فرق مراقبة المشاريع.
- تقديم تقارير دورية وفقًا لسياسات المشروع والشركة.
- ضمان الالتزام ببرنامج وسياسات الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع والشركة.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التقنيات الهندسية وأفضل الممارسات.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه لفرق المشروع.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة.
- إجراء جولات ميدانية (Walkdowns) وحضور زيارات الموقع والاجتماعات حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة هندسية من جامعة مرموقة في تخصص الإنشاءات (درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في الهندسة الإنشائية، ويفضل أن تجمع بين الإشراف على البناء والمراجعة الفنية.
- خبرة في أداء الأعمال الهندسية وفقًا لإجراءات ومعايير وممارسات أنظمة السكك الحديدية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة جيدة بجوانب الحماية من الحرائق والمتطلبات المطبقة على المنشآت الإنشائية.
- معرفة بممارسات الهندسة البيئية والاستدامة في المجال الهندسي.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام الرموز والمعايير الإنشائية المطبقة على أنظمة السكك الحديدية في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: كود البناء السعودي، ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني، ومعايير NFPA.
- خبرة في تحليل متطلبات المشروع والتحقق من تنفيذها في الوثائق الفنية وفي الأعمال الميدانية من خلال التفتيشات الميدانية وعمليات الاختبار.

Your role
- Provide expert guidance and oversight on all structural engineering aspects of transportation projects, ensuring compliance with requirements, local regulations and international standards, from conceptualization to completion.
- Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to review and evaluate structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess structural integrity, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
- Monitor the progress of structural works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any structural-related issues or challenges encountered during construction.
- Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals related to structural works.
- Conduct regular structural assessments and provide recommendations for strengthening or modification as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and correspondence related to structural engineering activities.
- Act as a technical liaison between the project team, clients, and relevant authorities, addressing any structural-related queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors and project managers, commercial staff, and project controls team to develop project plans and budgets.
- Interface with internal and external stake holders as required.
- Ensuring projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Review the technical documentation related with the discipline for completeness and compliance with the project requirements, interface, stakeholder requirements and applicable standards. These will include, not limited to, design submissions at different stages, shop drawings, as-built drawings, calculations, assessments, technical specifications, interface documents, value engineering reports, material requests, system code classifications, bill of quantities.
- Contribute to produce multidisciplinary reviews of the technical documents to ensure full coordination of the deliverables.
- Participate in producing and reviewing value engineering proposals.
- Conduct quality inspections and oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of structural works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues, and deviations from the baseline(s), in collaboration with the Project Control Teams.
- Report regularly in accordance with the project and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to the project and company quality program and policies.
- Stay updated on the latest engineering technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Promote culture of safety.
- Perform walkdowns, attend site visits and meetings as required.
- Engineering degree from a reputable institution in Structural. Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably combining construction supervision and technical review.
- Experience performing engineering work in accordance with railway systems procedures, standards, and practices, and KSA regulatory requirements.
- Good knowledge of the fire protection aspects and requirements applicable to structural assets.
- Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices in engineering.
- Working knowledge of/experience using structural codes and standards applicable to railway systems in KSA, including not limited to Saudi Building Code, Civil Defence requirements, NFPA standards.
- Experience in analysis of project requirements and check for their implementation in technical documentation and in the site works, through site inspections and testing processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic project environments.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality structural outcomes.
