تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis في الرياض عن حاجتها إلى مدير للاستشارات والتخطيط في مجال النقل (Manager - Transport Advisory and Planning) لقيادة وتنفيذ مشاريع تخطيط النقل واستراتيجيات التنقل وتقديم الاستشارات للقطاعين العام والخاص.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة مشاريع الاستشارات والتخطيط في مجال النقل منذ البداية وحتى التسليم.
  • تطوير ومراجعة استراتيجيات النقل وخطط التنقل والأطر السياساتية.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة نمذجة النقل، بما في ذلك تطوير الشبكات والتنبؤ بالطلب وتحليل السيناريوهات.
  • توجيه التحليلات المكانية القائمة على نظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) وحلول تخطيط النقل المعتمدة على البيانات.
  • إدارة جمع البيانات والتحقق منها وتحليلها لدراسات المرور والتنقل.
  • تقديم الخبرة الفنية في مجالات التنقل الحضري وهندسة المرور وأنظمة النقل متعددة الوسائط.
  • إعداد ومراجعة التقارير الفنية والمقترحات والعروض التقديمية للعملاء.
  • التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات الحكومية لدعم أهداف المشروع.
  • توجيه وإدارة الموظفين المبتدئين والمتدربين والاستشاريين.
  • دعم تطوير الأعمال من خلال كتابة المقترحات وإدارة المناقصات واكتساب العملاء.
  • ضمان تسليم المشاريع ضمن الجداول الزمنية والميزانية ومعايير الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو تخطيط النقل أو التخطيط الحضري أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال تخطيط النقل أو النمذجة أو الأدوار الاستشارية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع تخطيط النقل أو البنية التحتية.
  • معرفة قوية بسياسات النقل ومنهجيات التخطيط وأنظمة التنقل.
  • خبرة عملية في أدوات نمذجة النقل (مثل VISUM وVissim وAimsun).
  • إتقان استخدام أدوات GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS) وتحليل البيانات.
  • يفضل خبرة العمل مع الجهات الحكومية أو الهيئات المحلية الحضرية أو العملاء الدوليين.
  • يفضل المعرفة بمبادرات التنقل المستدام والمدن الذكية.
  • يفضل الإلمام بأدوات البرمجة مثل Python أو R أو Matlab لتحليل البيانات.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة أو تخصص في تخطيط النقل أو هندسة المرور.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Transport Advisory and Planning to lead and deliver transport planning, mobility strategy, and advisory projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing transport modelling and analysis, and providing strategic insights to clients across public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and consulting experience in transport planning.

Your role

  • Lead transport advisory and planning projects from inception to delivery
  • Develop and review transport strategies, mobility plans, and policy frameworks
  • Oversee transport modelling activities, including network development, demand forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Guide GIS-based spatial analysis and data-driven transport planning solutions
  • Manage data collection, validation, and analysis for traffic and mobility studies
  • Provide technical expertise in urban mobility, traffic engineering, and multi-modal transport systems
  • Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and client presentations
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to support project objectives
  • Mentor and manage junior staff, interns, and consultants
  • Support business development through proposal writing, bid management, and client acquisition
  • Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards

About You

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor'S or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban Planning, or related field
  • 6-10+ years of experience in transport planning, modelling, or advisory roles
  • Proven experience in managing transport planning or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of transport policies, planning methodologies, and mobility systems
  • Hands-on experience with transport modelling tools (e.g., VISUM, Vissim, Aimsun)
  • Proficiency in GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS) and data analysis

Preferred

  • Experience working with government agencies, urban local bodies, or international clients
  • Knowledge of sustainable mobility and smart city initiatives
  • Familiarity with programming/tools such as Python, R, or Matlab for data analysis
  • Certification or specialization in transport planning or traffic engineering
