تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis لتعيين مهندس جيوتقني (Geotechnical Engineer) ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقها في الدمام (المنطقة الشرقية)، للمساهمة في تقديم حلول هندسية عالية الجودة ضمن مشاريع السكك الحديدية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتنفيذ جوانب الأعمال الجيوتقنية وأعمال الحفر في المشروع المحدد، بدءاً من التصور وحتى الاكتمال، مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والجداول الزمنية.
- العمل كمرجع تقني (SME) لمعايير التصميم الجيوتقني والتحليل وتخطيط التحقيقات.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (المصممين، المقاولين، مدراء المشاريع، الموظفين التجاريين، فرق مراقبة المشاريع) لوضع خطط المشاريع وميزانياتها.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان تلبية المشاريع للمواصفات والمواعيد النهائية ومعايير الجودة.
- مراجعة الوثائق الفنية المتعلقة بالتخصص للتأكد من اكتمالها وامتثالها لمتطلبات المشروع والواجهات ومتطلبات أصحاب المصلحة والمعايير المطبقة (وتشمل تصميمات المراحل المختلفة، المخططات التنفيذية، المخططات حسب البناء، الحسابات، التقييمات، المواصفات الفنية، وثائق الواجهات، تقارير الهندسة القيمية، طلبات المواد، تصنيفات نظام الكود، كميات المواد).
- المساهمة في إعداد مراجعات متعددة التخصصات للوثائق الفنية لضمان التنسيق الكامل للمخرجات.
- المشاركة في إعداد ومراجعة مقترحات الهندسة القيمية.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش على الجودة والإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال الجيوتقنية وأعمال الحفر، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير ولوائح السلامة.
- مراقبة التقدم في المشروع وإعداد التقارير عنه، وتحديد ومعالجة المشكلات المحتملة والانحرافات عن الأساسيات، بالتعاون مع فرق مراقبة المشاريع.
- تقديم التقارير بشكل دوري وفقاً لسياسات المشروع والشركة.
- ضمان الالتزام ببرنامج الجودة وسياسات الشركة والمشروع.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التقنيات الهندسية وأفضل الممارسات.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه لفرق المشروع.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وحضور زيارات المواقع والاجتماعات حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير أو دكتوراه في الهندسة المدنية/الهندسة الجيوتقنية من جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في الأعمال الجيوتقنية وأعمال الحفر، ويفضّل أن تجمع بين الإشراف على الإنشاءات والمراجعة الفنية.
- يفضّل خبرة في أداء الأعمال الهندسية وفقاً لإجراءات ومعايير وممارسات أنظمة السكك الحديدية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة في تحليل متطلبات المشروع والتحقق من تنفيذها في الوثائق الفنية وفي الأعمال الميدانية من خلال التفتيش الموقعي وعمليات الاختبار.

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our team, supporting the delivery of high quality engineering solutions within railway projects. This role will be responsible for reviewing technical documentation and supervision of construction works related with its disciplines, including geotechnical, earthworks and the related foundations works, for new and updated assets of railway facilities. Your role
- Lead and execute the geotechnical and earthworks aspects of the assigned project, conceptualisation to completion, ensuring adherence to project design specifications and timelines.
- Act as a technical reference (SME) for geotechnical design standards, analysis, and investigation planning.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors and project managers, commercial staff, and project controls team to develop project plans and budgets.
- Interface with internal and external stake holders as required.
- Ensuring projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Review the technical documentation related with the discipline for completeness and compliance with the project requirements, interface, stakeholder requirements and applicable standards. These will include, not limited to, design submissions at different stages, shop drawings, as-built drawings, calculations, assessments, technical specifications, interface documents, value engineering reports, material requests, system code classifications, bill of quantities.
- Contribute to produce multidisciplinary reviews of the technical documents to ensure full coordination of the deliverables.
- Participate in producing and reviewing value engineering proposals.
- Conduct quality inspections and oversee the execution of geotechnical and earhworks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues, and deviations from the baseline(s), in collaboration with the Project Control Teams.
- Report regularly in accordance with the project and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to the project and company quality program and policies.
- Stay updated on the latest engineering technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Promote culture of safety.
- Perform walkdowns, attend site visits and meetings as required.
- Master'S or PhD in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited University.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in geotechnical and earthworks, preferably combining construction supervision and technical review.
- Proficiency in advanced geotechnical software (GeoStudio packages, Slide, PLAXIS, and others) and seismic design principles.
- Experience performing engineering work in accordance with railway systems procedures, standards, and practices, and KSA regulatory requirements would be a plus.
- Experience in analysis of project requirements and check for their implementation in technical documentation and in the site works, through site inspections and testing processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic project environments.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.
