تعلن AtkinsRéalis عن وظيفة Operations Engineer (HS Construction) في الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيدعم مهندس عمليات الإنشاءات (HS Construction) التكامل الآمن لأنشطة الإنشاءات داخل بيئات تشغيلية أو بيئات حرجة من حيث السلامة، مع ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والقيود التشغيلية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنفيذ أنظمة إدارة HSE وإجراءات السلامة التشغيلية للبرنامج.
  • مراقبة امتثال المقاولين لمتطلبات السلامة في الإنشاءات والتشغيل.
  • تنسيق أنظمة العمل الآمنة، وضوابط تصاريح العمل، وأنشطة الواجهة التشغيلية.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش على السلامة والتدقيق والتحقيق في الحوادث.
  • مراجعة بيانات الطرق (Method Statements)، وتقييمات المخاطر، وخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • دعم الجاهزية التشغيلية وأنشطة الانتقال الآمن أثناء مراحل الاختبار والتشغيل.
  • مراقبة الامتثال للالتزامات البيئية والسلامة والتنظيمية.
  • إعداد تقارير أداء السلامة ودعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة جامعية أو دبلوم في الهندسة، أو السلامة المهنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في بيئات السلامة التشغيلية و HSE.
  • خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية، النقل، البنية التحتية، أو المشاريع الصناعية.
  • يفضل معرفة بممارسات السلامة التشغيلية للسكك الحديدية.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة ISO 45001 وأنظمة الإدارة البيئية.
  • قدرة قوية على التواصل والتنسيق.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة سلامة (NEBOSH، IOSH، CSP أو ما يعادلها).
  • خبرة في بيئات تشغيلية حية مرغوب فيها بشدة.

Overview

The HS Construction-Operations Engineer will support the safe integration of construction activities within operational or safety-critical environments while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and operational constraints.

Your role

  • Support implementation of programme HSE management systems and operational safety procedures.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with construction and operational safety requirements.
  • Coordinate safe systems of work, permit-to-work controls, and operational interface activities.
  • Participate in safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Review method statements, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
  • Support operational readiness and safe transition activities during testing and commissioning.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare safety performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in HSE and operational safety environments.
  • Experience on rail, transportation, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Knowledge of operational railway safety practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 and environmental management systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination capability.
  • Safety certification preferred (NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, or equivalent).
  • Experience in live operational environments highly desirable.
