AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن وظيفة "Construction Director (مدير تشييد)" للعمل في أملج بالمملكة العربية السعودية، للقيام بإدارة مشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات والفنادق والسكنية الراقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة فريق PMC متعدد التخصصات مسؤول عن تسليم عدد كبير من المشاريع المتنوعة (متعددة الاستخدامات، سكنية، فنادق) وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل.
- إدارة الواجهات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين بما في ذلك جميع الأقسام داخل مؤسسة العميل والإدارات الحكومية الأخرى.
- الإدارة الشاملة للإنشاءات والتحكم فيها.
- مراقبة المقاولين للامتثال لالتزاماتهم التعاقدية.
- مراقبة تقدم الإنشاءات للتأكد من الامتثال للجدول الزمني.
- ضمان تسليم المشاريع وفقاً للوقت والتكلفة والجودة، وتحقيق أعلى معايير الصحة والسلامة.
- ضمان تخصيص الموارد المناسبة لتلبية الالتزامات الحالية والمستقبلية وتعظيم الفرص.
- التمتع بالتفكير المستقبلي والخبرة في إدارة فرق مواقع كبيرة ومتعددة التخصصات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل مهني يعمل حالياً على مستوى Director وقادر على تقديم التخطيط والقيادة والتوجيه والخبرة الفنية لإدارة المهام المعقدة والمشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
- الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات: بكالوريوس علوم (BSc) أو بكالوريوس هندسة (BEng) أو بكالوريوس آداب (BA) أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل الحصول على صفة Chartered status.
- أكثر من 20 عاماً من الخبرة، منها 7 أعوام مشابهة لهذا المشروع/المنصب.
- خبرة في عمليات الإنشاءات واسعة النطاق وإدارة عقود متعددة، خاصة الفنادق الفاخرة والمشاريع السكنية ومتعددة الاستخدامات.
- متمكن في إعداد التقارير والتواصل مع كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين.
- دراية ممتازة بتقنيات الإنشاءات وإجراءات التحكم في المشاريع والجودة والصحة والسلامة.
- ملف شخصي متكامل يشمل التخطيط والتحليل وإدارة العمليات والاعتبارات التجارية، مع القدرة على تعبئة الفرق وقيادتها نحو التسليم الناجح.
- فعال في بناء علاقات عمل جيدة ضمن الهياكل المعقدة داخل المشاريع ومع العملاء وداخلياً.
- خبرة في الحفاظ على سمعة AtkinsRéalis وتعزيزها لدى العملاء وتطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد وتحديد فرص جديدة للمجموعة.

AtkinsRealis are currently looking for a degree qualified Construction Director in Umluj, KSA with significant experience in high end hotels, residential and mixed use developments. This person must be forward thinking and experienced in running large, multi-disciplined site teams within KSA.
Principle Activities
The Construction Director will be a qualified professional who is currently working at Director Level and is capable of providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multidisciplinary projects. They must have a minimum qualification BSc, BEng, BA or equivalent, have Chartered status and more than 20 years experience with 7 years being similar to this project/role.
The Construction Director will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing AtkinsRealis reputation with our clients and developing effective long term client relationships thus identifying and developing new opportunities for the Group.

Principle Activities
- Manage a multi functional PMC team responsible for delivering a large number of varied mixed use, residential, and hotel projects in accordance with the Client's requirements.
- Manage key stakeholder interfaces which will include all departments within the Client organisation as well as other government departments.
- Overall construction management and control.
- Monitor contractors for compliance with their contractual responsibilities.
- Monitor progress of the construction for compliance with schedule.
- Ensure delivery of projects to time, cost and quality and ensuring highest standards of Health & Safety are achieved.
- Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunities.
- Must be forward thinking and experienced in running large, multi-disciplined site teams.

- Bachelor'S or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Chartered status is preferrable.
- 20 years+ experience with 7 years being similar to this project/role.
- Experience with large scale construction operations, management of multiple contracts, particularly luxury hotels, residential and mixed use developments.
- Highly articulate, experienced in reporting and communication to senior executives.
- They will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing AtkinsRealis reputation with our Clients and developing effective long-term Client relationships thus identifying and developing new opportunities for the Group.
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques as well project controls procedures, quality and health & safety
- A "rounded profile", comfortable with planning, analysis and managing process and commercial considerations. The successful candidate will also be able to mobilise people and teams and drive for a successful delivery.
- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with Clients and internally.
