المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنظيم وإدارة أنشطة الإنشاءات لمشاريع الضيافة السكنية الفاخرة جدًا.
- الإشراف على عمليات الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين والمساحين والمقاولين لضمان سير المشروع بسلاسة.
- مراقبة التقدم وحل المشكلات الفنية أو التشغيلية في الموقع.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة السلامة والمعايير البيئية.
- مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات وخطط العمل.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية للموقع للتحقق من جودة العمل والمواد.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم وإبلاغ الإدارة العليا بالتحديثات.
- إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والموردين وضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
- الإشراف على التحكم في التكاليف وتخصيص الموارد وإدارة المخاطر.
- تنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية للتأخيرات أو العيوب أو حالات عدم الامتثال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس/ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20-25 سنة في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية الراقية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والمواد ومعايير الصناعة ومراقبة الجودة.
- إتقان برامج إدارة المشاريع و MS Office.
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الهندسية والمواصفات.
- مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق ممتازة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض فعالة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالسلامة والجودة.
- مهارات إدارة الوقت للتعامل مع مشاريع ومواعيد متعددة.

The Senior Construction Manager (Quality) will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end infra project ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.
Your role
- Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects.
- Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Proven experience on 20-25 years in managing high end infra projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards and quality control
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
