شركة AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن وظيفة Commercial Manager (مدير تجاري) في مدينة العلا، المملكة العربية السعودية، للإشراف على الجوانب التعاقدية والتجارية لمشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • الإشراف على جميع الجوانب التعاقدية والتجارية لمشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية.
  • إدارة العقود وضمان الامتثال للمعايير القانونية والتنظيمية.
  • معالجة المطالبات والتغييرات ودعم فرق المشروع لتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة العقود وإدارتها.
  • مراجعة والتفاوض وإنهاء شروط العقود مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
  • ضمان الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية والتعاقدية.
  • مراقبة ميزانيات المشاريع والتكاليف والأداء المالي.
  • إعداد ومراجعة المطالبات والتغييرات وأوامر التغيير.
  • إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف.
  • تقديم المشورة التجارية ودعم فرق المشروع.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعقود والمدفوعات والمراسلات.
  • التعاون مع المهندسين ومديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة لحل النزاعات.
  • إعداد تقارير حول الأداء التجاري والقضايا التعاقدية للإدارة العليا.
  • ضمان إصدار الفواتير في الوقت المناسب، وتحصيل المدفوعات، وإعداد التقارير المالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو القانون، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العقود والأدوار التجارية ضمن مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية.
  • معرفة قوية بعقود FIDIC أو NEC أو غيرها من نماذج عقود الإنشاءات القياسية.
  • كفاءة في إدارة العقود ومعالجة المطالبات وحل النزاعات.
  • القدرة على تفسير المستندات القانونية والالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • مهارات قيادية فعالة وإدارة فرق العمل.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض والتواصل.
  • فطنة مالية قوية وخبرة في التحكم في التكاليف.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل وقدرات حل المشكلات.
  • إتقان استخدام MS Office وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.

Overview

Commercial Manager will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of road and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, handling claims and variations, and supporting project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Your role

  • Manage and administer contracts.
  • Review, negotiate, and finalize contract terms with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
  • Prepare and review claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide commercial advice and support to project teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve disputes.
  • Prepare reports on commercial performance and contractual issues for senior management.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and financial reporting.

About You

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management and commercial roles within road and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms of construction contracts.
  • Proficiency in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and cost-control expertise.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and contractual obligations.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
