المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير الأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك توزيع الطاقة، الإضاءة، أنظمة إنذار الحريق، والتركيبات الكهربائية المتخصصة لمختلف أنواع المباني (مكاتب، سكنية، تجارية).
  • إعداد الرسومات والمخططات الكهربائية التفصيلية مع ضمان الامتثال لكودات البناء واللوائح.
  • تحديد المواد والمكونات مثل الكابلات، المحولات، اللوحات، والمفاتيح الكهربائية.
  • التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين والميكانيكيين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تكامل الأنظمة الكهربائية ضمن تصميم المبنى.
  • إجراء تقييمات ميدانية لفهم متطلبات المشروع والقيود.
  • العمل عن كثب مع المقاولين والفرق الأخرى أثناء البناء والتركيب لضمان تنفيذ التصاميم بشكل صحيح.
  • المساعدة في تخطيط المشروع، إعداد الميزانية، والجدولة.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء مراحل البناء والتشغيل.
  • إجراء حسابات الأحمال الكهربائية وتحليل الطاقة لتحسين كفاءة التصميم وفعالية التكلفة.
  • ضمان مطابقة جميع التصاميم للكودات المحلية والدولية (BS, IEC, IET, NEC, NFPA, CIBSE, IESNA, ISO, وغيرها) ومواصفات العميل.
  • الإلمام بالكودات المحلية لدول الشرق الأوسط والخليج.
  • إجراء مراجعات دورية للتصميم وضمان الامتثال للوائح البيئية والسلامة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات والتغييرات التنظيمية.
  • حل أي مشكلات متعلقة بالتصميم الكهربائي أثناء البناء أو التشغيل.
  • تقديم حلول للتحديات في دمج الأنظمة الكهربائية، الوظائف، أو كفاءة التكلفة.
  • إتقان البرامج التالية: Dialux, Relux, Dialux Evo, ETAP, ProDesign, برامج تحديد حجم المولدات, برامج حساب الحماية من الصواعق (IEC, Strikerisk, إلخ)، وMS Office.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم الهندسة الكهربائية، وتحديدًا في قطاع خدمات المباني.
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الترفيه (شرط أساسي).
  • الاعتماد المهني أو العضوية (مثل IET, CIBSE أو ما يعادلها) ميزة إضافية.
  • الإلمام بلوائح البناء ومعايير السلامة والكودات الكهربائية (NEC, BS7671, إلخ).
  • فهم قوي للأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك توزيع الطاقة، الإضاءة، أنظمة إنذار الحريق، أنظمة الطوارئ، وتكامل الطاقة المتجددة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان برامج التصميم الكهربائي (AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux أو أدوات مشابهة).
  • خبرة في نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) للتصميم الكهربائي.
  • معرفة الأنظمة الكهربائية الموفرة للطاقة والمستدامة.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering design within the building services sector, with previous experience on entertainment projects. The candidate will be ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Your role

  • Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and other specialized electrical installations for different types of buildings, previous experience in different types of projects; offices, residential, commercial buildings..etc.
  • Prepare detailed electrical drawings and schematics, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Specify materials and components, including cables, transformers, panels, and switchgear.
  • Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the building design.
  • Conduct site assessments to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Work closely with contractors and other teams during construction and installation to ensure designs are properly implemented.
  • Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases.
  • Perform electrical load calculations and energy analysis to optimize design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure all designs meet local codes, standards (BS, IEC, IET, NEC, NFPA, CIBSE, IESNA, ISO,..etc), and client specifications.
  • Familiar with the local country codes of middle east and gulf countries.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and ensure designs comply with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure designs remain cutting-edge and compliant.
  • Resolve any electrical design-related issues that arise during construction or operation.
  • Offer solutions to challenges in electrical system integration, functionality, or cost efficiency.
  • Proficiency in the following software list: Dialux, Relux and Dialux Evo. ETAP. ProDesign. Generator sizing software. Lightning protection calculation software. (IEC, strikerisk,..etc) MS - office

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design engineering, specifically within the building services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with building regulations, safety standards, and electrical codes (NEC, BS7671, etc.).
  • Previous experience with entertainment projects is essential.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, emergency systems, and renewable energy integration.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Professional accreditation or membership (e.g., IET, CIBSE, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) for electrical design.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
