تتطلع شركة AtkinsRéalis، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، إلى تعيين قائد في مجال إدارة الأصول (Senior Manager - Asset Management Advisory) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن استراتيجيتها للنمو في الشرق الأوسط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المساهمة في قيادة النمو التجاري وإدارة المشاريع الكبرى للعملاء وتوفير القيادة الفنية عبر برامج البنية التحتية الاستراتيجية.
- التركيز على الخبراء في إدارة الأصول القادرين على العمل على مستوى Senior Asset Manager ودعم توسعة ممارسة إدارة الأصول الإقليمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مشاريع استشارية كبرى في مجال إدارة الأصول واستثمار الأصول.
- تقديم المشورة للمسؤولين التنفيذيين بشأن استراتيجيات الأصول طويلة الأجل وقرارات الاستثمار.
- تطوير حلول إقليمية لإدارة الأصول تتوافق مع أهداف العملاء.
- دفع تبني الممارسات الدولية المثلى بما في ذلك ISO 55001.
- توفير السلطة الفنية في إدارة الأصول والموثوقية في التصميم وحوكمة دورة الحياة واتخاذ قرارات استثمار الأصول.
- بناء علاقات والحفاظ عليها مع عملاء البنية التحتية الرئيسيين.
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة وكسبها.
- قيادة تطوير العروض وأنشطة استقطاب العملاء.
- المساهمة في النمو الاستراتيجي لأعمال إدارة الأصول في الشرق الأوسط.
- تقديم خبرة متخصصة في: الإدارة الاستراتيجية للأصول، تخطيط استثمار الأصول، أداء الأصول، الحلول الرقمية والبيانات، برامج تحويل البنية التحتية، خطط إدارة الأصول، استراتيجيات فئات الأصول، هندسة الموثوقية، تقييم الحالة والأهمية، استراتيجيات وتنفيذ EAMS/CMMS.
- توجيه وتطوير الجيل القادم من مديري الأصول، ودعم تخطيط المواهب والتعاقب الوظيفي.
- بناء فرق متعددة التخصصات عالية الأداء عبر المنطقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة البنية التحتية أو إدارة الأصول أو تخصص ذي صلة (تفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في الصناعات كثيفة الأصول أو الاستشارات البنية التحتية.
- سجل نجاح في قيادة برامج إدارة الأصول الكبرى.
- قدرة قوية على تطوير الأعمال وإدارة علاقات العملاء.
- خبرة في الطيران أو النقل أو المرافق أو المياه أو الطاقة أو المدن الذكية أو برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بمستوى Senior Asset Manager وقيادة مشاركات استراتيجية مع العملاء.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عميقة عبر دورة حياة الأصول بما في ذلك منطق الصيانة المرتكزة على الموثوقية (RCM)، بيانات الأصول والفشل وفق ISO 14224، تقييم الحالة، والتكلفة الإجمالية لعمر الأصل.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة تطوير خطط إدارة الأصول وأطر دورة الحياة للعمليات كثيفة الأصول.
- خبرة في برامج تحويل EAMS/CMMS من منظور إدارة الأصول (يفضل).
- خبرة من داخل المؤسسات المالكة للأصول أو المشغلة لها إلى جانب الخبرة الاستشارية (يفضل بشدة).

Your role
Strategic Leadership
- Lead large-scale Asset Management and Asset Investment Advisory engagements.
- Advise executive stakeholders on long-term asset strategies and investment decisions.
- Develop regional asset management solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Drive adoption of international best practices including ISO 55001.
- Provide technical authority on asset management and reliability in design, lifecycle governance, and asset investment decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with key infrastructure clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead proposal development and client pursuit activities.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Middle East Asset Management business.
- Provide specialist expertise across:
- Strategic Asset Management
- Asset Investment Planning
- Asset Performance Management
- Asset Data & Digital Solutions
- Infrastructure Transformation Programs
- Asset Management Plans and Asset Class Strategies
- Reliability Engineering and Asset Management in Design
- Condition Assessment and Asset Criticality
- EAMS/CMMS Strategy and Implementation
- Mentor and develop the next generation of Asset Managers.
- Support talent development and succession planning.
- Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Asset Management, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in asset-intensive industries or infrastructure advisory.
- Proven success in leading major asset management programs.
- Strong business development and client relationship management capability.
- Experience across aviation, transportation, utilities, water, energy, smart cities, or major infrastructure programs.
- Demonstrated capability to operate at Senior Asset Manager level and lead strategic client engagements.
- Deep expertise across the asset lifecycle, including reliability-centred maintenance logic (RCM), ISO 14224 asset and failure data, condition assessment, and whole-life cost.
- Proven experience leading Asset Management Plan and lifecycle framework development for asset-intensive operations.
- Experience of EAMS/CMMS transformation programs from an asset management perspective is desirable.
- Experience gained within asset-owning or operating organizations, alongside advisory experience, is highly desirable.
