AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مدير استشارات إدارة الأصول (Manager - Asset Management Advisory) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية، يتمتع بالقدرة على قيادة المهام الاستشارية المعقدة ودعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية لكبار مالكي ومشغلي البنية التحتية في الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع إدارة الأصول وتخطيط الاستثمار في الأصول.
- تطوير خرائط طريق استراتيجية لإدارة الأصول وبرامج التحول.
- تقديم خدمات استشارية بشأن أداء الأصول، وتحسين الصيانة، وأولويات الاستثمار.
- قيادة تنفيذ ISO 55001 ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- إدارة فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات.
- بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
- قيادة ورش العمل الاستراتيجية ومناقشات أصحاب المصلحة التنفيذيين.
- دعم تطوير الأعمال وإعداد المقترحات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأصول أو البنية التحتية أو مجال ذي صلة.

Your role
- Lead delivery of asset management and asset investment planning projects.
- Develop strategic asset management roadmaps and transformation programs.
- Provide advisory services on asset performance, maintenance optimization, and investment priorities.
- Lead ISO 55001 implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead strategic workshops and executive stakeholder discussions.
- Support business development and proposal preparation.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Lead development of Asset Management Plans and asset class strategies, including lifecycle strategy, renewal thresholds, obsolescence management, and whole-life cost.
- Lead development of asset management and reliability in design processes across the asset lifecycle, including design requirements, review gates, commissioning and handover standards, and maintenance and data requirements within procurement.
- Define maintenance strategies using reliability-centred maintenance logic and translate them into executable maintenance regimes.
- Lead condition assessment strategy, standards, and rollout across a diverse asset base.
- Lead reliability and failure analysis programs, including bad actor reviews and root cause analysis.
- Support EAMS/CMMS implementation and enhancement from an asset management perspective, including requirements definition, data standards, and configuration input.
- Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure, or related field.
- 7-12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience delivering asset management advisory projects.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle planning, risk management, and investment prioritization.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrable experience delivering Asset Management Plans, asset class strategies, or lifecycle management frameworks; experience of applying these to operating assets is highly desirable.
- Applied knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance (SAE JA1011/JA1012/RCM), ISO 14224, and lifecycle costing principles.
- Experience of EAMS/CMMS implementation, enhancement, or data migration (e.g., IBM Maximo) is desirable.
- Experience developing condition assessment methodologies and asset criticality frameworks.
- Experience gained within an asset-owning or operating organization (operations, maintenance, reliability, or engineering), in addition to or in place of consultancy experience, is highly desirable.
- Ability to determine what is required where the objective is clear but the method is not, and to make and evidence sound engineering judgements where data is incomplete.
