تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن حاجتها إلى Senior Civil/Structural Engineer للعمل في منطقة الرياض، مع التركيز على دعم مراجعة التصميم والإشراف على الإنشاء والتنسيق الفني لمشاريع ضخمة تشمل أبراجاً سكنية وتجارية وفندقية ومشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات في المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مراجعة وتنسيق التصاميم المدنية والإنشائية للمباني الشاهقة والمشاريع الكبيرة.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال الإنشائية لمواصفات المشروع وكود البناء السعودي (SBC) والمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات العميل.
- مراجعة واعتماد الحسابات الإنشائية والتقارير الهندسية والرسومات التصميمية والمواصفات الفنية.
- تقييم الأنظمة الإنشائية بما في ذلك الخرسانة المسلحة والخرسانة سابقة الإجهاد والأنظمة مسبقة الصب والهياكل المركبة والهياكل الفولاذية.
- مراجعة مستندات المقاول بما في ذلك shop drawings وmethod statements ومستندات المواد وتصاميم الأعمال المؤقتة والمقترحات الهندسية.
- إجراء مراجعات قابلية الإنشاء والتوصية بحلول هندسية مُحسَّنة.
- مراقبة أنشطة الإنشاء لضمان الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات العقد.
- إجراء التفتيش الميداني وحضور الأنشطة الإنشائية الحرجة واختباراتها.
- مراجعة والتحقق من إجراءات مراقبة الجودة للمقاول وطلبات التفتيش ونتائج الاختبارات.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق العمارة والميكانيكا والكهرباء والواجهات والجيوتقنية والإنشاء.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية خلال اجتماعات تنسيق التصميم وورش العمل متعددة التخصصات.
- تقييم وحل تعارضات التصميم الإنشائي والمشكلات المتعلقة بالإنشاء.
- دعم مبادرات هندسة القيمة وتحديد فرص تحسين التكلفة دون المساس بالسلامة الإنشائية.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والجودة والبيئة.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات متابعة التقدم وتقديم مدخلات فنية حول المخاطر الإنشائية والتحديات وإجراءات التخفيف.
- مراجعة طلبات التغيير والاستفسارات الفنية والمطالبات الإنشائية المؤثرة على تسليم المشروع.
- المساعدة في الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم وإدارة فترة المسؤولية عن العيوب.
- توجيه ودعم المهندسين المبتدئين وفرق الإشراف الميداني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية من جامعة معترف بها.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية.
- يُفضَّل بشدة الحصول على شهادة مهنية مثل PE أو CEng أو MIStructE أو MICE أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل العضوية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- المؤهلات الإضافية في إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الإنشاءات تُعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 15 و20 عامًا في الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع المباني الشاهقة والكبيرة.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة في العمل مع الاستشاريين الدوليين وشركات إدارة المشاريع والمقاولين والمطورين.
- مشاركة مثبتة طوال دورة حياة المشروع من تطوير التصميم حتى الإنشاء والتسليم.
- يفضل خبرة في الإشراف على الإنشاء والأدوار الهندسية الميدانية.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for all civil and structural engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, Saudi regulations, international standards, quality objectives, and project schedules.
Your role
- Lead the review and coordination of civil and structural designs for high-rise buildings and large-scale developments.
- Ensure all structural works comply with project specifications, Saudi Building Code (SBC), international standards, and client requirements.
- Review and approve structural calculations, engineering reports, design drawings, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate structural systems including reinforced concrete, post-tensioned structures, precast systems, composite structures, and structural steel frameworks.
- Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, temporary works designs, and engineering proposals.
- Conduct constructability reviews and recommend optimized engineering solutions.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and witness critical construction activities and testing.
- Review and verify contractor quality control procedures, inspection requests, and test results.
- Coordinate closely with architectural, mechanical, electrical, façade, geotechnical, and construction teams.
- Provide technical leadership during design coordination meetings and multidisciplinary workshops.
- Evaluate and resolve structural design conflicts and construction-related issues.
- Support value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising structural integrity.
- Monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide technical input regarding structural risks, challenges, and mitigation measures.
- Review variation requests, technical queries, and structural claims impacting project delivery.
- Assist with testing, commissioning, project handover, and defect liability management.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and site supervision teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), MIStructE, MICE, or equivalent professional registration is highly desirable.
- Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Additional qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management are advantageous.
- 15 to 20 years of professional civil and structural engineering experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience on major high-rise and large-scale building projects.
- Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with international consultants, PMCs, contractors, and developers.
- Demonstrated involvement throughout the project lifecycle from design development through construction and handover.
- Experience in construction supervision and site-based engineering roles is preferred.
