شركة AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مفتش كهربائي (Electrical Inspector) للإشراف على أعمال التشييد وضمان الجودة في مشاريع المباني السكنية والتجارية والضيافة والاستخدامات المختلطة الشاهقة في المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم المفتش الكهربائي الإشراف على التنفيذ وضمان الجودة لمشاريع تطوير المباني الضخمة، ويتولى مسؤولية فحص التركيبات الكهربائية، ومراقبة أداء المقاولين، والتأكد من الالتزام بالمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة، بالإضافة إلى دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي للمشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات للأعمال الكهربائية للتأكد من مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات والعقود والكودات المعتمدة.
- مراجعة طلبات الفحص (IRs) المقدمة من المقاولين وإجراء الفحوصات وفقاً لخطط الفحص والاختبار المعتمدة (ITPs).
- التحقق من أن المواد والمعدات الكهربائية المثبتة في الموقع معتمدة وتتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع.
- مراقبة جودة البناء وتحديد العيوب والنواقص والأعمال غير المطابقة.
- التحقق من تنفيذ وإغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية المتعلقة بملاحظات الجودة وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs).
- مراجعة منهجيات العمل وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة الخاصة بالأعمال الكهربائية المقدمة من المقاول.
- فحص أنظمة التمديدات الكهربائية بما في ذلك حوامل الكابلات والمواسير والمجاري وأنظمة الدعم.
- التحقق من تركيب المفاتيح الكهربائية والمحولات ولوحات التوزيع وتركيبات الإضاءة وأنظمة الجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV).
- التنسيق مع فرق الميكانيكا والعمارة والإنشاءات وضمان الجودة لضمان الامتثال متعدد التخصصات.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتقارير الفحص وقوائم المتابعة وسجلات الاختبار ووثائق الجودة.
- مراقبة تقدم المقاول وتقديم تحديثات حول حالة الفحص وأداء الجودة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) أثناء أنشطة التركيب والاختبار الكهربائي.
- المشاركة في التدقيق الموقعي ومراجعات الجودة واجتماعات التقدم وورش التنسيق.
- دعم أنشطة متابعة العيوب وإزالتها والاختبار والتشغيل وتسليم المشروع.
- مراجعة المخططات حسب التنفيذ وكتيبات التشغيل والصيانة وسجلات التشغيل.
- مساعدة المهندسين الأوائل في حل المشكلات الفنية والتحديات الإنشائية في الموقع.
- ضمان إنجاز جميع الأعمال الكهربائية وفقاً لإجراءات الجودة المعتمدة ومعايير المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة في التفتيش الكهربائي أو مراقبة الجودة أو الخدمات الإنشائية.
- التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE) ميزة إضافية.
- شهادات NICET أو City & Guilds أو ما يعادلها مرغوب فيها.
- من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية في التفتيش الكهربائي والإشراف على التشييد.
- 3 سنوات كحد أدنى من الخبرة في مشاريع المباني الشاهقة والضخمة.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في السعودية أو دول الخليج.
- خبرة في العمل مع الاستشاريين وشركات إدارة المشاريع والمقاولين والمطورين.
- خبرة في أنشطة التشييد والاختبار والتشغيل وتسليم المشروع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على تفسير المخططات الكهربائية ومخططات الخط الواحد ومخططات الورش والمواصفات والمستندات الفنية.
- الإلمام بإجراءات التفتيش وبروتوكولات الاختبار الكهربائي ومعايير جودة التشييد.
- معرفة إجراءات الاختبار والتشغيل للأنظمة الكهربائية.

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to support the construction supervision and quality assurance of major high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale building developments in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting electrical installations, monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and supporting testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Your role
- Conduct inspections of electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Review contractor Inspection Requests (IRs) and conduct inspections in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Verify that electrical materials and equipment installed on site are approved and comply with project requirements.
- Monitor construction quality and identify defects, deficiencies, and non-conforming works.
- Verify implementation and closure of corrective actions related to quality observations and NCRs.
- Review contractor method statements and quality control procedures for electrical works.
- Inspect electrical containment systems including cable trays, conduits, trunking, and support systems.
- Verify installation of switchgear, transformers, distribution boards, lighting fixtures, and ELV systems.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Architectural, Structural, and QA/QC teams to ensure multidisciplinary compliance.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, punch lists, testing records, and quality documentation.
- Monitor contractor progress and provide updates on inspection status and quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements during electrical installation and testing activities.
- Participate in site audits, quality reviews, progress meetings, and coordination workshops.
- Support snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Review as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and commissioning records.
- Assist senior engineers in resolving technical issues and site-related construction challenges.
- Ensure all electrical works are completed in accordance with approved quality procedures and project standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Certification in Electrical Inspection, Quality Control, or Building Services is preferred.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is an advantage.
- NICET, City & Guilds, or similar technical certifications are desirable.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures for electrical systems is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in electrical inspection and construction supervision.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on high-rise and major building construction projects.
- Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and developers.
- Experience in construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures, electrical testing protocols, and construction quality standards.
