KGDR Consultants Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee complex, multi-track programs in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering programs within established schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

This role requires extensive experience working with Saudi government agencies, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects within a comprehensive program framework.
• Develop and implement program management strategies, execution plans, and governance structures.
• Establish program objectives, performance indicators, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, procurement, construction, and operational teams.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor program schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and overall performance.
• Identify potential delays, conflicts, and operational challenges, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, government regulations, and organizational requirements.
• Prepare and present executive-level program reports, progress updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring consistent communication and accountability across all program activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant program and project management experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-track programs.
• Previous experience working with Saudi government agencies and government-led initiatives.
• Strong understanding of program governance, strategic planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
