نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مشرف سقالات ذو خبرة ومعرفة قوية بأنظمة السقالات والمعدات والأدوات ومتطلبات السلامة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على فرق كبيرة من عمال السقالات وضمان التركيب والتعديل والتفكيك والفحص الآمن والفعال لأنواع مختلفة من السقالات في مشاريع النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والمصافي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على فريق كبير من عمال السقالات وإدارة توزيع القوى العاملة بشكل مناسب.
- تخطيط وتنسيق والإشراف على أعمال تركيب وتعديل وتفكيك وصيانة هياكل السقالات.
- امتلاك معرفة شاملة بمعدات وأدوات ومكونات وملحقات السقالات.
- امتلاك معرفة عملية قوية بأنواع مختلفة من أنظمة السقالات بما في ذلك: Tube & Clamp، Cuplock، Ringlock، Frame Scaffolding، Mobile، Suspended، Cantilever Scaffolding، Stair Towers وAccess Scaffolding.
- ضمان تركيب وتعديل وتفكيك السقالات وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع المعتمدة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة السقالات للهياكل المعقدة والمعدات والأوعية والخزانات والأنابيب والمنصات وأعمال الصيانة/الإيقاف.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للسقالات وضمان وضع العلامات المناسبة وظروف العمل الآمنة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإجراءات السقالات ولوائح السلامة في الموقع.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع ومديري الإنشاءات وموظفي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والتخصصات الأخرى.
- مراقبة الإنتاجية والقوى العاملة والمواد والأدوات ومتطلبات المعدات.
- ضمان اتباع عمال السقالات لإجراءات التركيب/التفكيك المعتمدة واستخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية المناسبة.
- تحديد ظروف السقالات غير الآمنة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الفورية.
- الحفاظ على تقارير يومية عن القوى العاملة والفحص والتقدم والنشاط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات.
- دبلوم في تكنولوجيا البناء (Construction Technology).
- آخر موعد للتقديم: 20 أكتوبر 2026.

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor with strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, tools, and safety requirements. The candidate will be responsible for supervising large teams of scaffolders and ensuring the safe and efficient erection, modification, dismantling, and inspection of various types of scaffolding at Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery projects.
- Supervise and manage a large team of scaffolders and ensure proper allocation of manpower.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the erection, modification, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures.
- Have thorough knowledge of scaffolding equipment, tools, components, and accessories.
- Possess strong practical knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems, including:
- Tube & Clamp / Tube & Fitting Scaffolding
- Cuplock Scaffolding
- Ringlock Scaffolding
- Frame Scaffolding
- Mobile Scaffolding
- Suspended Scaffolding
- Cantilever Scaffolding
- Stair Towers and Access Scaffolding
- Ensure scaffolding is erected, modified, and dismantled according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Supervise scaffolding activities for complex structures, equipment, vessels, tanks, piping, platforms, and maintenance/shutdown works.
- Conduct regular scaffolding inspections and ensure proper tagging and safe working conditions.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, scaffolding procedures, and site safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Construction Managers, HSE personnel, and other disciplines.
- Monitor productivity, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure scaffolders follow approved erection/dismantling procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Identify unsafe scaffolding conditions and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain daily manpower, inspection, progress, and activity reports.
- Experience: 5-8 years
- Education: diploma in construction technology
