- Technical diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent experience in machining, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Basic proficiency with measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and workplace cleanliness.
