تعلن مدارس SEK الدولية (تبوك، الوجه السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة معلم فنون وتصميم (من مرحلة الحضانة حتى الصف العاشر)، للعمل في مدرسة ناشئة تهدف إلى بناء بيئة إبداعية متطورة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يبحث المعهد عن معلم فنون وتصميم مبتكر وقادر على التكيف مع فئة عمرية واسعة (من الحضانة إلى الصف العاشر)، متحمس لفرصة تشكيل مساحات الفن والتصميم والإبداع في مدرسة تنموية. سيقوم المرشح الناجح بتدريس الفنون لجميع الصفوف (من الحضانة إلى الصف العاشر) ضمن برنامج IB PYP و MYP، وتدريس التصميم (MYP) بالإضافة إلى قيادة مساحة الميكرسبيس (Makerspace) كمركز إبداعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تدريس الفنون لجميع الطلاب من الحضانة حتى الصف العاشر (وحدة أسبوعيًا)، مع تركيز قوي على مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة والمرحلة الابتدائية باستخدام أساليب تعليمية دافئة ومناسبة للنمو.
- تدريس التصميم ضمن برنامج IB Middle Years (وحدتان أسبوعيًا) لصفوف متعددة المستويات، والالتزام بدورة التصميم (IB Design Cycle) في الميكرسبيس.
- قيادة مساحة الميكرسبيس كمركز إبداعي، ودعم حل المشكلات العملي، والتفكير التصميمي، والنمذجة الأولية عبر المدرسة.
- التعاون مع معلمي الصفوف في PYP لدمج مبادئ التصميم وأنشطة الميكرسبيس في وحدات الاستقصاء.
- المساهمة في التواصل المدرسي من خلال دعم التصوير الفوتوغرافي، توثيق التعلم، وتقديم محتوى لقنوات الاتصال الداخلية والخارجية.
- تشجيع الاهتمام بالروبوتات، البرمجة، والتقنيات الإبداعية عبر الأنشطة اللامنهجية.
- المرونة والاستعداد لدعم مجالات أخرى في المدرسة حسب الحاجة وحسب المهارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على التكيف والمرونة والراحة مع التغيير في بيئة مدرسة ناشئة.
- الاستمتاع بالعمل مع الأطفال الصغار جدًا وطلاب المرحلة الثانوية.
- القدرة على الازدهار في بيئة متعددة الثقافات واللغات.
- الحماس لمواجهة تحدي بناء وتشكيل مدرسة جديدة من الألف إلى الياء.
- الاستعداد للتعلم والمساهمة الفاعلة في مجالات التصوير والتواصل رغم عدم الخبرة المسبقة (مع تفضيل وجود خبرة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في التصوير الفوتوغرافي، الاتصالات، التسويق، أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (قيمة مضافة وتقوي الطلب).
- مهارات في تشجيع التقنيات الإبداعية مثل الروبوتات والبرمجة.

We are seeking an Art & Design Teacher for a combined role spanning Nursery to Grade 10. This role suits a creative, adaptable educator who is comfortable working across a wide age range and excited by the opportunity to shape art, design and creative spaces in a growing school.

The role
The successful candidate will deliver Art across the whole school (IB PYP & MYP) and Design (MYP), adapting their practice to meet the needs of students from early childhood through to secondary.
Art (Nursery–Grade 10)
- Art is taught to all students, one module per week, from Nursery through Grade 10
- The role has a strong Early Years and Primary focus, where a warm, nurturing approach and developmentally appropriate practice are essential
- The teacher will also confidently adapt approaches for upper primary and secondary students, ensuring progression in skills, creativity and conceptual understanding
- Design is taught for two modules per week within the IB Middle Years Programme, in multigrade classes
- The teacher will lead the makerspace as a creative hub, designing inquiry-based learning aligned with the IB Design cycle and supporting hands-on problem-solving, design thinking and prototyping across the school.
- While Design is not a standalone subject in the PYP, the teacher will collaborate with and support PYP Homeroom teachers in integrating design principles and makerspace activities into their units of inquiry
As a startup school, all staff contribute beyond their core teaching responsibilities. For this role, this includes:
- Contributing to school communications, including supporting photography, documenting learning, and providing content for internal and external communication channels
- Experience in photography, communications, marketing or social media is highly valued and will strengthen an application, but a willingness to learn and actively contribute is essential
