شركة Astek تبحث عن مدير مالي (Finance Manager) لقيادة الوظيفة المالية لمنطقتي الإمارات والمملكة العربية السعودية، ومقر العمل الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك ضمن فريق دولي متنامٍ.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- القيادة المالية الشاملة لكيانات Astek في الإمارات والسعودية وضمان تقديم معلومات مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تنفيذ الاستراتيجية المالية الإقليمية بما يتوافق مع أهداف المجموعة.
- ضمان الحوكمة المالية القوية والامتثال للسياسات المؤسسية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.
- إعداد التقارير الإدارية الشهرية للكيانات في الإمارات والسعودية.
- تحليل الأداء المالي وتقديم توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ للإدارة.
- إعداد الموازنات السنوية والتوقعات ربع السنوية والخطط المالية طويلة الأجل.
- إجراء تحليل انحراف الموازنة الشهري ومراقبة المؤشرات المالية الرئيسية.
- إنتاج النماذج المالية ودراسات الجدوى لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- العمل كشريك أعمال مالي للرئيس التنفيذي لمنطقتي الإمارات والسعودية.
- دعم القادة التشغيليين في تعظيم الربحية وتحسين استخدام الموارد وإدارة المخاطر المالية.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق المالية في الإمارات والسعودية، والإشراف على أقسام الفوترة وكشوف الرواتب والمحاسبة.
- الإشراف على عملية الإغلاق المالي الشهري والربع سنوي والسنوي وضمان دقة البيانات المالية.
- إدارة توقعات التدفق النقدي ورأس المال العامل.
- الحفاظ على ضوابط داخلية قوية وعمليات إدارة المخاطر.
- التنسيق مع التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الضرائب وكشوف الرواتب والعمل ونقل الأسعار والتقارير النظامية في الإمارات والسعودية.
- قيادة مبادرات التحول المالي وتحسين العمليات المستمر.
- المشاركة في نشر وتحسين الأنظمة المالية والأدوات الرقمية للمجموعة.
- دعم عمليات الاستحواذ والدمج ومبادرات النمو التنظيمي عند الحاجة.
- العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين المالية الإقليمية والإدارة المالية الدولية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال.
- شهادة مهنية في المحاسبة مثل CPA أو ACCA أو CA أو CMA أو ما يعادلها (مفضلة بقوة).
- عضوية أو مؤهل SOCPA يعتبر ميزة للمرشحين ذوي المسؤوليات الكبيرة في السعودية.
- يمكن النظر في المرشحين بدون شهادة مهنية إذا كانت لديهم خبرة قوية وكفاءة تقنية مثبتة.
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 7-10 سنوات في مجال المالية تتضمن دوراً قيادياً كبيراً.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق مالية متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة في بيئات الخدمات المهنية أو الاستشارات أو الهندسة أو التكنولوجيا تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- معرفة قوية بالتخطيط والتحليل المالي والمحاسبة والموازنات والضوابط الداخلية والتقارير المالية.
- خبرة في منظمات دولية أو متعددة الكيانات مرغوبة للغاية.
- إتقان متقدم في Microsoft Excel وأنظمة ERP.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
- Lead the overall finance function for the Astek Entities in UAE and KSA, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information.
- Execute the regional finance strategy aligned with the Group's objectives.
- Ensure strong financial governance and compliance with corporate policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare monthly management reporting for the entities in UAE and KSA.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to Management.
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform monthly budget variance analysis and monitor key financial indicators.
- Produce financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for executive management. Business Partnering
- Serve as the finance business Partner to the CEO UAE & KSA.
- Support operational leaders in maximizing profitability, improving resource utilization, and managing financial risks.
- Provide financial guidance on commercial decisions, pricing, profitability, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives.
- Challenge assumptions and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the UAE and KSA finance organization.
- Direct and oversee the following teams: Billing, Payroll and Accounting.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Establish clear objectives and performance expectations for all finance team members. Accounting, Controls, Treasury & Compliance
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
- Maintain strong internal controls and risk management processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, labor, transfer pricing and statutory reporting requirements in UAE and KSA. Operational Excellence
- Drive finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
- Participate in the deployment and optimization of the Group's financial systems and digital tools.
- Standardize financial processes across the region while respecting local regulatory requirements.
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives as required. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the UAE and KSA finance organization and the International Finance Department.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships with external auditors, banking partners, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is considered an asset.
- Professional accounting designation such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- SOCPA membership/qualification is considered an asset for candidates with significant Saudi Arabia responsibilities.
- Candidates without a professional designation may be considered if they have strong relevant experience and demonstrated technical accounting expertise.
- 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including experience in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary finance teams.
- Experience in a professional services, consulting, engineering, or technology environment is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Experience working within an international or multi-entity organization is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
