The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for conducting independent audits of the airline's operations to assess compliance with external regulations and standards. They provide objective assessments to the airline's management and regulatory bodies. This includes overseeing the airline's safety management system, flight operations, ground operations and maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent audits of the airline's operations to assess compliance with external regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure that they are implemented effectively.
- Continue up to date on changes to external regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with the airline's management and regulatory bodies to address audit findings
- Review all new and revised regulations, Operations Specifications, vendor list and other compliance documents.
- Evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GACA, ICAO), company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Participate in audit calendar and follow up all the corrective action plan and effectiveness.
- Recommend corrective action plans (CAPs) to address identified issues and prevent relapses.
- Maintain and develop the QMS software.
- Establish and maintain record retention timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Aviation field.
- Minimum 2 Year experience in Audit, Documentation Control, Quality Management System process and principles, Airline Operations, and Aviation Industry.
- Possess experience in Flight Dispatch Operations and/or Aircraft Maintenance.
