شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني تبحث عن مدير مشروع (Project Manager) للعمل في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة مخططات البناء وتصميم الموقع من حيث الجماليات، والقبول البيئي، والامتثال للكودات والمعايير ومتطلبات الوصول، وتطوير تصاميم جديدة حسب الكودات والمعايير وإعداد المخططات والمواصفات عند الحاجة.
  • تقديم تصميم المشروع للعميل للمراجعة وتقديم توصيات تلبي احتياجاته.
  • إعداد تقديرات التكاليف، والتنسيق لتنفيذ مشاريع التحسين الرأسمالي، وتطوير عروض المناقصات الإنشائية.
  • دعم العميل في مراجعة المخططات المعمارية IFC الخاصة بالمقاول.
  • المشاركة في الفحص النهائي لمشاريع التحسين وتقديم توصيات بشأن قبول الأعمال الإنشائية، ودعم العميل في جميع القضايا الفنية المتعلقة بالتخصص عند الضرورة.
  • العمل كمشرف رئيسي على أنشطة الموظفين المتخصصين التابعين.
  • إعداد التقارير والمراسلات.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقًا لقيم Wood الأساسية.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال بموقف إيجابي تجاه السلامة، سواء في التصميم أو في بيئة المكتب.
  • المساهمة في المجموعة كخبير فني في التخصص عند الحاجة.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني والمعماري للمشاريع كمهندس معماري رئيسي عند الحاجة.
  • تنفيذ الأعمال الموكلة وفقًا لخطط تنفيذ المشروع والإجراءات والمعايير المعمول بها، ضمن ميزانيات ساعات العمل والتكاليف وجداول المشروع.
  • توفير الواجهة الفنية والتصميمية لأعمال المشروع مع العملاء والإدارات الأخرى والموردين/المقاولين والاستشاريين.
  • تقديم المشورة لكبير المهندسين المعماريين حول القدرات الفنية للموظفين لدعم تخصيص الموارد للمشاريع.
  • مراجعة ودعم والاتفاق على القضايا الفنية والتصميمية للمشروع مع مهندس التخصص الرئيسي، بما في ذلك نشر وتنفيذ أفضل الممارسات للتخصص في المشاريع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة، منها 5 سنوات في الشرق الأوسط.
  • معرفة بكواد ومعايير أرامكو السعودية مع وعي ممتاز بالسلامة.
  • معرفة واسعة بجميع الكودات والمعايير الدولية، خاصة الكود الدولي للمباني (International Building Code).
  • معرفة واسعة بالمباني الصناعية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان استخدام برنامجي AutoCAD و Microstation.

Overview / Responsibilities:
Review building plans and site design for aesthetics, environmental acceptability, compliance with codes and standards and accessibility requirements and develop new design as per the codes and standards and prepares plans and specifications where needed.
  • Present project design to Client for review and make recommendations to meet their needs
  • Develop cost estimates, and coordinate implementation of capital improvement projects and develop construction bid proposals
  • Support the Client in commenting the Contractor's IFC architectural drawings
  • Participate in final inspection of improvement projects and make recommendation regarding acceptance of construction work and support the Client in all technical issues related to the discipline where necessary
  • Act as a Lead Worker over the activities of subordinate professional staff
  • Prepare reports and correspondence
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with wood CORE Values
  • Ensure all work to be carried out with a positive attitude towards safety, both in design and in the office environment
  • Contribute to the group as a discipline technical Specialist as required
  • Provide technical and architectural design support to Projects as Lead Architect where required
  • Execute assigned work in accordance with Project Execution Plans, applicable Project Procedures and Standards within man - hour and cost budgets and Project schedule targets
  • Provide design and technical interface to project work with clients, other Departments, suppliers / vendors and consultants
  • Advise Chief Architect on technical capability of staff as required to support manpower allocation to projects
  • Review, support and agree project technical and design issues with the Lead Discipline Engineer, including dissemination and implementation of discipline ‘best practice’ on projects.
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience including 5 years Middle East experience
  • Saudi Aramco Codes and standards with excellent safety awareness
  • Extensive knowledge of all international codes and standards, mainly the International Building Code
  • Extensive knowledge in industrial buildings
  • Extensive knowledge in Autocad and Microstation
