شركة بترورابغ تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل مصنع (ميداني) في قسم استخلاص الكبريت، بمقر الشركة في مكة رابغ، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أو المساعدة في بدء تشغيل وإيقاف تشغيل المصانع والمرافق المخصصة وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل والتعليمات المعتمدة.
- الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة أو غير المستقرة من خلال اتخاذ الإجراءات الميدانية اللازمة، مثل الحرق، التفريغ، العزل، التحويل، والتغيير، مع الحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع مشغل الكونسول و/أو مشرف الوردية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش وجولات منتظمة في مرافق المصنع للتأكد من كفاءة عملها، وتحديد الأعطال أو ظروف التشغيل غير الطبيعية، وإبلاغ مشرف الوردية أو مشغل الكونسول بها، وتدوين قراءات الأجهزة الميدانية والقياسات المحلية في السجلات، وتحديث قوائم المراجعة حسب الحاجة.
- جمع العينات وإجراء الاختبارات الفيزيائية والكيميائية المطلوبة حسب تعليمات مشغل الكونسول.
- دعم أو مساعدة مشرف الوردية عند الحاجة في التواصل مع الأقسام الأخرى، المقاولين، الموردين، طاقم الصيانة، فرق التفتيش، أو موردي المواد الكيميائية، وإصدار تصاريح العمل وفقاً لمستوى التفويض المعتمد من رئيس القسم.
- أعمال النظافة في المصنع للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني لمشغلي الميدان الآخرين ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات التشغيلية والدروس المستفادة والخبرات عند الطلب لتعزيز الكفاءة والفعالية التشغيلية.
- أداء أي مهام ومسؤوليات أخرى يكلف بها المدير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة مع خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، أو دبلوم مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم أساسي لآلية العمل، العمليات الميدانية، ومعدات المصافي أو البتروكيماويات.
- فهم أساسي للأجهزة وأنظمة الإغلاق الطارئ المسؤول عنها.
- فهم واضح لتخطيط مصنع التكرير أو البتروكيماويات وعملية التشغيل المسؤول عنها.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform or assist in the start-up and shutdown of assigned plants and facilities in accordance with approved operating procedures and instructions. Respond to emergency or upset conditions by taking the necessary field actions, such as flaring, blowdown, isolation, diversion, and switching, while maintaining close communication with the Console Operator and/or Shift Supervisor.
- Conduct regular inspections and walk-throughs of plant facilities to ensure they are functioning efficiently. Identify malfunctions or abnormal operating conditions and report them to the Shift Supervisor or Console Operator. Maintain records of field instrument readings and local measurements in logs, and update checklists as required.
- Collect samples and perform required chemical and physical process tests as instructed by the Console Operator.
- Support or assist the Shift Supervisor, as required, in communications with other sections, contractors, vendors, maintenance personnel, inspection teams, or chemical suppliers. Issue work permits in accordance with the approved authorization level assigned by the Section Head.
- Perform plant housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Provide technical guidance to other Field Operators and share operational best practices, lessons learned, and experiences, when requested, to promote efficient and effective operations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
- high school with minimum 5 years of work experience or Diploma with minimum 4 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of mechanism, field operations and refinery or petrochemical equipment.
- Basic understanding of instruments and emergency shutdown system taking in charge.
- Clear understanding of refinery or petrochemical plant layout and operating process taking in charge.
