شركة المراعي، أكبر شركة ألبان متكاملة رأسيًا في العالم، تعلن عن وظيفة منسق الجودة والسلامة والصحة والبيئة (QSHE) في المبيعات بمدينة الخرج، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى تطبيق أنظمة إدارة الجودة والسلامة والصحة والبيئة (QSHE) في المنطقة لتلبية احتياجات المستهلكين والعملاء من خلال تنفيذ استراتيجيات ومعايير وسياسات وإجراءات QSHE.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم تنفيذ أنظمة إدارة الجودة والسلامة والصحة والبيئة (QSHE) وتحسينها المستمر لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • تحديد وتقييم المخاطر التشغيلية، ودعم تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات QSHE للحد من التأثيرات المحتملة على الأعمال.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق داخلية عبر العمليات الإقليمية، وتحديد مجالات التحسين، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث، وإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ التدابير التصحيحية لمنع تكرارها. إدارة شكاوى العملاء والمستهلكين، وعمليات سحب المنتجات، وتحقيقات الحوادث، والمسائل التنظيمية.
  • تقديم برامج التدريب والتوعية في QSHE للموظفين، وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات وأفضل الممارسات.
  • مراقبة وقياس وإعداد تقارير عن مؤشرات أداء QSHE، ودعم تحقيق أهداف الإدارة ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في علوم الأغذية أو السلامة والصحة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في ضمان الجودة (QA) أو أنظمة إدارة الجودة (QMS) أو الصحة والسلامة والاستدامة (HSS) أو أنظمة الإدارة البيئية (EMS)، ويفضل في قطاع الألبان أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG).
  • معرفة بمعايير ISO ومبادئ HACCP، مع خبرة في دعم أنشطة التنفيذ والامتثال.

About the role:

To enforce compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures


Key responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and assess operational risks, supporting the development and execution of QSHE initiatives to mitigate potential business impacts.
  • Conduct internal audits across regional operations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

 



Requirements:

  • Diploma in Food Science, Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety & Sustainability (HSS), or Environmental Management Systems (EMS), preferably within the dairy or FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP principles, with experience supporting their implementation and compliance activities.
