Role Description The Account Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and supporting client accounts within the mining services portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring account performance, preparing financial and operational reports, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The role involves responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication. The Account Specialist will analyze account data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service improvement, and will support the implementation of account management strategies aligned with company objectives. This position requires consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality customer service in a remote work environment.
