Role Summary Responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of materials and services, optimizing costs, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Supports the full procurement cycle from requisition to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
- Support cost‑saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor‑management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and contract principles.
