Role Summary Responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and cost efficiency. Supports procurement, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of vendor-delivered services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and onboard vendors in coordination with procurement.
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contract terms.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and prepare performance reports.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate risks when needed.
- Support contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, documentation, and communication logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and operational alignment.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and contract management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management systems.
