Role Summary Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects. Ensures project activities align with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Review technical documents, drawings, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
- Track contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Support project meetings, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 2-8 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and engineering workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and engineering software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
