Base360.ai، إحدى شركات The Flex، تبحث عن مؤسس مقيم (Founder in Residence) في السعودية لبناء مشروع جديد ضمن منصتها الذكية لإدارة الإيجارات قصيرة الأجل. المنصة تجمع إدارة الممتلكات، والتواصل مع الضيوف، والتسعير، والتنظيف، والصيانة، والحجوزات المباشرة، والتقارير المالية في نظام واحد مدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي. الهدف هو استبدال عشرات الأدوات المنفصلة بنظام تشغيل ذكي يساعد مشغلي الإيجارات على أتمتة العمليات وزيادة الإيرادات وتقديم تجارب استثنائية للضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد الفرص عالية الإمكانات في قطاع الإيجارات قصيرة الأجل التي يمكن أن تتحول إلى منتجات أو قطاعات أعمال جديدة.
- التحقق من مشاكل العملاء من خلال الأبحاث والمحادثات المباشرة مع مديري العقارات ومشغلي الإيجارات.
- تحديد رؤية المنتج واستراتيجيته وخطة الذهاب إلى السوق.
- العمل جنباً إلى جنب مع فرق الهندسة والمنتج والتصميم والذكاء الاصطناعي للبناء والإطلاق بسرعة.
- توظيف وقيادة فريق متعدد التخصصات مع نمو المشروع.
- تحمل مسؤولية النمو وتبني المنتج ونجاح العملاء والأداء المالي.
