Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Riyadh. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to promote Al Khaleji Medical Group’s services, medical centers, and pharmacies. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, engaging with audiences, and monitoring brand presence online. The role involves coordinating online advertising, email campaigns, and website updates, as well as tracking performance using web analytics tools and preparing regular reports and insights. The specialist will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, support patient acquisition and retention, and uphold the organization’s brand and values across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience running integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including content planning, community management, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and report on performance.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, SEO/SEM, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) is beneficial.
