Role Description The Physiotherapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, documenting clinical findings, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and educating them on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and healthy movement patterns. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. Participation in clinical meetings and adherence to professional and ethical guidelines are integral to this position.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice physiotherapy in the Riyadh Region, in accordance with local regulations.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage a diverse caseload, and apply evidence-based practices in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related conditions.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, professional ethics, continuous learning, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Previous experience in hospital or outpatient physiotherapy settings is an advantage; familiarity with electronic medical records is beneficial.
