تعلن مجموعة الخليجي الطبية (Al Khaleji Medical Group) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة استشاري أمراض الجهاز الهضمي (Gastroenterologist) للعمل في مدينة الرياض، في بيئة تركز على التميز السريري والسلامة والرعاية المتمحورة حول المريض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية شاملة للمرضى الخارجيين والداخليين المصابين بأمراض الجهاز الهضمي والكبد، تشمل التشخيص والعلاج والمتابعة المستمرة.
- إجراء الاستشارات السريرية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التنظيرية التشخيصية والعلاجية، وتفسير نتائج الفحوصات، ووضع خطط علاجية فردية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، ودعم مبادرات الرعاية الوقائية، وضمان الالتزام بالإرشادات السريرية ومعايير الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سريرية قوية في تخصص أمراض الجهاز الهضمي والباطنية، مع إثبات القدرة على إدارة مجموعة واسعة من حالات الجهاز الهضمي وأمراض الكبد.
- كفاءة عالية في إجراء وتفسير التنظير الداخلي (Endoscopy) والتنظير الكبسولي (Capsule Endoscopy) التشخيصي والعلاجي بأمان وفعالية.
- معرفة متخصصة في أمراض الكبد (Hepatology)، بما في ذلك تقييم وإدارة أمراض الكبد الحادة والمزمنة.
- ترخيص طبي ساري (أو قابلية الحصول عليه) لممارسة تخصص أمراض الجهاز الهضمي، مع شهادة البورد أو ما يعادلها في هذا التخصص.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gastroenterologist role based in Riyadh. - Strong clinical expertise in Gastroenterology and Medicine, with proven experience managing a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatology conditions.
- Proficiency in diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopy and Capsule Endoscopy, including safe and effective procedure performance and interpretation.
- Specialized knowledge in Hepatology, including assessment and management of acute and chronic liver diseases.
- Current medical license (or eligibility) to practice as a Gastroenterologist, with board certification or equivalent in Gastroenterology.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered and culturally sensitive care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Experience in using electronic medical records and familiarity with evidence-based guidelines and quality improvement practices.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
