نبذة عن الوظيفة

مجموعة الخليجي الطبية هي جهة رعاية صحية متكاملة تقدم خدمات طبية أولية ومتقدمة عبر شبكة من المراكز الطبية والصيدليات المتخصصة، مع التركيز على رعاية تتمحور حول المريض والتميز السريري. يشغل هذا الدور بدوام كامل في الموقع في الرياض، حيث يؤدي الطبيب المقيم الأول إجراءات تنظيرية تشخيصية وعلاجية تحت الإشراف، ويدير حالات الجهاز الهضمي الحادة والمزمنة، ويساهم في التعليم وتحسين الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء إجراءات التنظير العلوي والسفلي للجهاز الهضمي (تنظير معدة وقولون) للأغراض التشخيصية والعلاجية.
  • دعم إدارة المرضى الذين يعانون من حالات الجهاز الهضمي الحادة والمزمنة في العيادات الخارجية وأجنحة المرضى الداخليين.
  • إجراء العيادات الخارجية والمشاركة في الجولات الداخلية ومراجعة الفحوصات وتطوير خطط علاجية مبنية على الأدلة.
  • تنسيق الرعاية متعددة التخصصات والتأكد من الالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية السريرية ومكافحة العدوى ومعايير السلامة.
  • توثيق النتائج السريرية بدقة والمشاركة في مناقشات الحالات والأنشطة التعليمية.
  • دعم مبادرات تحسين الجودة والتدقيق داخل القسم، والمساهمة في تدريب وتوجيه الكوادر المبتدئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة طبية مكتملة وتدريب مقيم معترف به في الطب الباطني، مع تدريب متقدم أو التسجيل في برنامج أمراض الجهاز الهضمي.
  • التأهل للحصول على البورد أو الحصول على البورد في التخصصات ذات الصلة، ورخصة سارية أو أهلية للترخيص من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية أو ما يعادلها.
  • الالتزام بالممارسة المبنية على الأدلة، والتوثيق السريري الدقيق، والالتزام بالسياسات المؤسسية واللوائح الوطنية ومعايير مكافحة العدوى.
  • القدرة على إدارة حالات الطوارئ الهضمية والاستجابة الفورية للحالات العاجلة، مع مهارات تنظيمية لتحديد الأولويات وعبء العمل المزدحم.
  • الاستعداد للمشاركة في التدريس والإرشاد والأنشطة التعليمية والمساهمة في مشاريع البحث أو تحسين الجودة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان إجراءات التنظير التشخيصي والعلاجي الأساسي للجهاز الهضمي (تنظير علوي وcolonoscopy) مع التركيز على سلامة المرضى وجودة الرعاية.
  • مهارات سريرية قوية في تقييم وتشخيص وإدارة مجموعة واسعة من أمراض الجهاز الهضمي والكبد في إعدادات المرضى الداخليين والخارجيين.
  • مهارات تواصل وتعاون فعالة للعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والمرضى وعائلاتهم بطريقة محترمة ومراعية للثقافة.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Resident in Gastroenterology and Endoscopy role is based in Riyadh. The Senior Resident will perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures under appropriate supervision, including upper and lower GI endoscopies, and support the management of patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, participating in inpatient rounds, reviewing investigations, and developing evidence-based management plans. The role also involves coordinating multidisciplinary care, documenting clinical findings accurately, and ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines, infection control, and safety standards. The Senior Resident will contribute to case discussions, participate in teaching and training activities, and support quality improvement and audit initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
  • Completed medical degree and recognized residency training in Internal Medicine, with advanced training or enrollment in a Gastroenterology program.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic and basic therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care.
  • Solid clinical skills in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Strong commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical documentation, and adherence to institutional policies, national regulations, and infection control standards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritize tasks, and respond promptly to urgent and emergency gastrointestinal presentations.
  • Willingness to participate in teaching, mentoring junior staff, attending educational activities, and contributing to research or quality improvement projects.
  • Board eligibility or board certification in relevant specialties and a valid license or eligibility for medical licensure in the applicable jurisdiction (Saudi Commission or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer skills; working knowledge
