هذه وظيفة دوام كامل وحضوري (on-site) ضمن مجموعة رعاية صحية ملتزمة بتقديم خدمات طبية أولية ومتقدمة عالية الجودة. يعمل الفريق في بيئة تعاونية متعددة التخصصات تركز على المريض والتميز السريري والممارسة القائمة على الأدلة، مع دعم النمو المهني والاستمرارية في الرعاية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء تقييم شامل وتشخيص وإدارة أمراض الجهاز الهضمي والكبد والقنوات الصفراوية في العيادات الداخلية والخارجية.
- إجراء الاستشارات الطبية والفحوصات التنظيرية (Endoscopy) وتفسير الاختبارات التشخيصية ووضع خطط علاجية فردية.
- الإشراف على الكوادر الطبية المبتدئة والتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- المساهمة في الحوكمة السريرية وتطوير البروتوكولات ومبادرات تحسين الجودة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة والالتزام بالمعايير السريرية وسلامة المرضى.
- المشاركة في تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية معترف بها وإتمام تدريب متخصص معتمد في أمراض الجهاز الهضمي (شهادة البورد أو ما يعادلها).
- رخصة سارية أو مؤهل للحصول على ترخيص استشاري أمراض جهاز هضمي من الجهة المختصة (الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية أو ما يعادلها).
- سجل قوي في إدارة مجموعة واسعة من اضطرابات الجهاز الهضمي.
- كفاءة في التنظير التشخيصي والعلاجي للجهاز الهضمي العلوي والسفلي مع الالتزام بالممارسة الآمنة عالية الجودة.
- معرفة متخصصة في أمراض الكبد (Hepatology) لتقييم وعلاج أمراض الكبد بما في ذلك الحالات المزمنة والمعقدة.
- خبرة في التنظير الكبسولي (Capsule Endoscopy) لتقييم الأمعاء الدقيقة وتفسير النتائج.
- التزام بالممارسة الأخلاقية والتطوير المهني المستمر والمشاركة في التعليم والبحث أو أنشطة التدقيق.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant Gastroenterologist role based in Riyadh. - Specialized knowledge in Hepatology for the evaluation and treatment of liver diseases, including chronic and complex cases.
- Experience with Capsule Endoscopy for small bowel evaluation and interpretation of findings.
- Recognized medical degree and completion of accredited specialist training in Gastroenterology (board certification or equivalent).
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Consultant Gastroenterologist in the relevant jurisdiction (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment.
