تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة فني خدمة (Service Technician) في مدينة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

فني الخدمة مسؤول عن تشخيص وإصلاح وصيانة المركبات وفقًا لمعايير الشركة المصنعة وإجراءات الشركة. يدعم عمليات الورشة من خلال تقديم خدمة فنية عالية الجودة، وضمان رضا العملاء، والحفاظ على التميز التشغيلي والسلامة داخل مركز الخدمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء فحوصات المركبات والتشخيص والإصلاح وأنشطة الصيانة المجدولة.
  • تحديد الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والفنية باستخدام معدات التشخيص وأدلة الإصلاح.
  • تنفيذ الإصلاحات والصيانة وفقًا لمعايير الشركة المصنعة وإجراءات الورشة.
  • إجراء الاختبارات وفحوصات الجودة للتأكد من تشغيل المركبات بشكل صحيح قبل التسليم.
  • دعم استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح المشكلات الفنية المعقدة بتوجيه من الفنيين أو المشرفين الأكبر.
  • توثيق نتائج الإصلاح والعمل المنجز وقطع الغيار المستخدمة بدقة.
  • ضمان إتمام أوامر الإصلاح في الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على جودة العمل العالية.
  • الحفاظ على أدوات الورشة ومعدات التشخيص ومناطق العمل نظيفة وآمنة.
  • اتباع جميع سياسات السلامة والإجراءات التشغيلية واللوائح البيئية.
  • التنسيق مع مستشاري الخدمة وفرق قطع الغيار لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة ورضا العملاء.
  • المشاركة في التدريب الفني وتحسين المعرفة التقنية والمنتجية باستمرار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في تكنولوجيا السيارات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في خدمة وإصلاح السيارات.
  • خبرة مع العلامات التجارية الفاخرة أو المركبات الكهربائية (EV) مفضلة.
  • مهارات تواصل أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول مفضلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة السيارات بما في ذلك الأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية والتشخيصية.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات التشخيص ومعدات الورشة بفعالية.
  • فهم أدلة الإصلاح والوثائق الفنية وإجراءات الشركة المصنعة.

Position Overview

The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards and company procedures. The role supports workshop operations by delivering high-quality technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety and operational excellence within the service center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical faults using diagnostic equipment and repair manuals.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance according to OEM standards and workshop procedures.
  • Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure vehicles are operating correctly before delivery.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues with guidance from senior technicians or workshop supervisors.
  • Accurately document repair findings, work performed, and parts utilized.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair orders while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
  • Follow all safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in technical training and continuously improve product and technical knowledge.

Skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems including electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively.
  • Understanding of repair manuals, technical documentation, and OEM procedures.
  • Knowledge of EV systems and high-voltage safety procedures is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with workshop health and safety practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or technical certification in Automotive Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service and repair.
  • Experience with premium automotive brands or EV vehicles is preferred.
  • Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
