تسعى شركة Fortra، الرائدة في مجال الأمن السيبراني، إلى تعيين Business Development Representative في السعودية. في هذا الدور الدخلي، ستساهم في دفع نمو قاعدة العملاء من خلال تنفيذ حملات توليد العملاء المحتملين ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين من التسويق، مع العمل الوثيق مع مدراء المبيعات الإقليميين لتوفير تدفق ثابت من الفرص المؤهلة. توفر الوظيفة راتباً أساسياً بالإضافة إلى عمولة، وفرصاً للتطور الوظيفي في المبيعات أو التسويق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توليد العملاء المحتملين للبرامج والخدمات الجديدة.
- تنفيذ حملات اتصال تستهدف اكتساب عملاء جدد.
- إحالات البيع المتبادل.
- إدارة اتصالات تراخيص العملاء الحالية والتفاوض بشأن الترقيات والتحويلات ومعالجتها.
- إعداد عروض توضيحية للمنتج للعملاء الذين يحتاجون إلى تعليم حول برامجهم المرخصة.
- تحسين عمليات تحليل الأعمال بشكل مستمر لتعزيز الكفاءة والنتائج.

In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our customer base by executing lead generation campaigns and following up on marketing-sourced leads. You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to provide a consistent stream of qualified prospects through both inbound and outbound outreach initiatives. Your ability to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and generate interest in Fortra’s solutions will directly support our revenue growth and overall go-to-market strategy. This position offers a base salary plus commission, with exciting opportunities for career advancement in sales or marketing.

What You'll Do
- Lead generation for new software and services.
- Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition.
- Cross-sell referrals.
- Manage current customer license transfer and upgrade communication, negotiation, and processing.
- Set-up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software
- Continuously refine and improve business analysis processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
