تعلن مؤسسة الرياضات الإلكترونية (Esports Foundation) عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مدير محاسبة في الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
بصفتك مدير محاسبة، ستشرف على قسم المحاسبة وتضمن إعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب. تشمل المسؤوليات إدارة العمليات المحاسبية، والتحليل المالي، والامتثال للوائح المالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، دفتر الأستاذ العام، وكشوف المرتبات.
- إدارة فريق المحاسبة، بما في ذلك التوظيف والتدريب وتقييم الأداء.
- إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية، بما في ذلك الميزانية العمومية، وقائمة الدخل، وقائمة التدفقات النقدية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح (IFRS).
- التنسيق والإشراف على عمليات التدقيق الخارجي.
- إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية للإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات خفض التكاليف وتحسين العمليات.
- إدارة الأنظمة والبرامج المحاسبية.
- تقديم التحليل المالي والدعم لاتخاذ القرارات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، منها سنتان في دور إداري.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي للمبادئ والممارسات المحاسبية.
- خبرة في إعداد التقارير المالية والتحليل.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- إتقان استخدام البرامج والأنظمة المحاسبية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية وفهم الخصوصيات المحلية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

Job Purpose: As Manager Accounting, your role is to oversee the accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, financial analysis, and compliance with financial regulations
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Manage accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations IFRS.
- Coordinate and manage external audits.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
- Manage accounting systems and software.
- Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent. A master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting. 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience working in KSA and understanding of local nuances.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Arabic.
