يسر مستشفى فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) في السعودية دعوة الكوادر الطبية المؤهلة لشغل وظيفة طبيب استشاري أول (Senior Specialist physician)، حيث سيتولى تشخيص وعلاج المرضى ضمن مرافق المستشفى وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والسياسات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم الرعاية للمرضى ضمن نطاق الصلاحيات الممنوحة ووفقاً لمعايير الرعاية وسياسات فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • توثيق جميع الرعاية المقدمة وفق سياسات وإجراءات التوثيق المعتمدة.
  • تقديم التوعية والتواصل الفعال مع المرضى، بالتعاون مع الطبيب المعالج للحالات المنومة.
  • إجراء أو المساعدة في إجراء الإجراءات الطبية/الجراحية ضمن نطاق الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
  • تقديم التقارير الطبية المطلوبة للمرضى في الوقت المناسب ووفق النموذج المعتمد.
  • حضور الاجتماعات القسمية والأنشطة العلمية، والمساهمة في تدريب وتأهيل الأطباء الأصغر سناً.
  • فهم سياسات وإجراءات فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمشاركة الفعالة في تنفيذها.
  • توعية المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
  • أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
  • جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، ويشمل ذلك: أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإتمام التعليم الإلزامي قبل انتهاء صلاحيته بشهر على الأقل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال التخصص داخل مستشفيات أو مراكز صحية معترف بها.
  • شهادة تخصص سعودي أو ما يعادلها في العلوم الصحية من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة.
  • إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً) ويفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
  • رخصة مزاولة المهنة الصادرة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية SCFHS أو هيئة الصحة بدبي DHA)، بالإضافة إلى شهادة دعم الحياة الأساسي (BLS).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على التواصل الواضح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
  • القدرة على عرض المعلومات بفعالية أمام المجموعات العامة وإدارة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
  • مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في ظروف ضغط عالية.

Description

Job Purpose:

Performs activities for the diagnosis and treatment of patients receiving care in Fakeeh Care facilities.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Provides patient care as delineated in granted privileges and in accordance with standards of care and Fakeeh Care policies and protocols.
  • Documents all provided care as per Fakeeh care documentation policies and procedures
  • Provides education and effective communication to patients. This shall be done in collaboration with the attending physician for in-patients.
  • Performs or assists in performing medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
  • Provides patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner and as per Fakeeh care format.
  • Attends departmental meetings and scientific activities and contributes to the teaching and training of juniors.
  • Develops a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and effectively participates in their execution.
  • Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
  • Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

  • Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
  • Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
  • Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.

Requirements

Skills And Abilities

  • Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
  • Must be able to effectively present information to public groups and Fakeeh Care management.
  • Should possess good organization skills and able to work in high stress situations.

Experience

0 - 3 years of experience within the field of specialty in recognized hospitals or health centers.

Education

Saudi Specialty Certificate or an equivalent credential in health sciences from an accredited institution.

Language

Excellent command of oral and written English and preferably Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications

License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
