تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية (Fakeeh Care) عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي علاج طبيعي (Physical Therapy Technician / Technologist / Senior) في الرياض، بهدف تقديم خدمات تأهيل بدني شاملة للمرضى المصابين أو المتعافين من الأمراض، والعمل على استعادة الوظائف الحركية وتحسين جودة الحياة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تقديم مجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات الطبية لمساعدة الأفراد الذين تعرضوا لإصابات أو تأثروا جسديًا بسبب المرض على التعافي أو تحسين الوظائف الحركية.
- تقييم حالة المريض ووضع خطة تأهيل وعلاج طبيعي مخصصة، بهدف تطوير والحفاظ على واستعادة أقصى حركة وقدرة وظيفية لتعظيم جودة الحياة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنفيذ علاجات العلاج الطبيعي الموصوفة طبيًا للمرضى الذين يعانون من إصابات أو أمراض العضلات والأعصاب والمفاصل والعظام، بهدف استعادة الوظائف وتخفيف الألم ومنع الإعاقة.
- مراجعة إحالة الطبيب (الوصفة الطبية) وحالة المريض وسجلاته الطبية لتحديد العلاج الطبيعي المطلوب.
- اختبار وقياس قوة المريض، التطور الحركي، الإدراك الحسي، القدرة الوظيفية، كفاءة الجهاز التنفسي والدوري، وتسجيل النتائج لوضع أو تعديل برامج العلاج.
- تخطيط وإعداد برنامج علاجي مكتوب بناءً على تقييم بيانات المريض، وتقديم تمارين يدوية لتحسين الأداء الوظيفي والحفاظ عليه.
- مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والتطورات في مجال العلاج الطبيعي واستخدام بروتوكولات علاج قائمة على الأدلة.
- تقديم العلاجات التي تتضمن تطبيق العوامل الفيزيائية باستخدام معدات مثل أحواض العلاج المائي وأحواض الدوامة والكمادات الرطبة والأشعة فوق البنفسجية والأشعة تحت الحمراء وأجهزة الموجات فوق الصوتية، وتقييم تأثير العلاج في المراحل المختلفة وتعديله لتحقيق أقصى فائدة.
- تسجيل العلاج والاستجابة والتقدم في ملف المريض أو إدخال المعلومات في الحاسوب.
- توجيه المريض وعائلته حول إجراءات العلاج التي يجب متابعتها في المنزل، والتشاور مع الطبيب والممارسين الآخرين للحصول على معلومات إضافية عن المريض أو اقتراح تعديلات في برنامج العلاج، ودمج العلاج الطبيعي مع جوانب الرعاية الصحية الأخرى.
- توجيه وتدريب المساعدين والمساعدين وتوجيه أنشطة عملهم، وأداء المهام الأخرى المتعلقة بالوظيفة حسب التكليف، مع تسليم المهام بشكل مناسب في حالات الغياب.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولون عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك: أداء جميع المهام وفقًا لقيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة ومعالجة مخاوف السلامة المتعلقة بالوظيفة، والحفاظ على السرية التامة لأي معلومات حساسة يتم الوصول إليها أو التعامل معها أثناء العمل، والامتثال لسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه والمشاركة في التوعية والمبادرات الوقائية، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية، واستكمال التعليم الإلزامي وفقًا للمتطلبات قبل شهر واحد على الأقل من انتهاء الصلاحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلاج الطبيعي من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة، بالإضافة إلى التدريب السريري المطلوب للتسجيل المهني.
- حيازة رخصة مزاولة مهنة العلاج الطبيعي سارية المفعول.
- رخصة الممارسة من هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية / هيئة الصحة بدبي).
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات كأخصائي علاج طبيعي.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة، ومعرفة اللغة العربية مرغوب فيها بشدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الاستعداد والقدرة على العمل مع عملاء متعددي الثقافات وذوي الإعاقات الجسدية.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في حالات الضغط العالي.
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.

Job Purpose:

Evaluate a patient’s condition and devise a customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan. The goal is to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability, in order to maximize quality of life.

Skills and Abilities:
0 - 2 years of experience as physical therapist.
Education
BS Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; plus the required clinical internship for professional registration. Possession of a current license to practice Physical Therapy.
Language
Good command of oral and written English knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA).

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Reviews physician's referral (prescription) and patient's condition and medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required.
- Tests and measures patient's strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency, and records findings to develop or revise treatment programs.
- Plans and prepares written treatment program based on evaluation of patient data. Administers manual exercises to improve and maintain function.
- Keeps abreast with the latest trends and advances in the field of physical therapy and use evidence based treatment protocols.
- Administers treatments involving application of physical agents, using equipment, such as hydrotherapy tanks and whirlpool baths, moist packs, ultraviolet and infrared lamps, and ultrasound machines. Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
- Records treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enters information into computer.
- Instructs patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home. Confers with physician and other practitioners to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions in treatment program, and integrate physical therapy treatment with other aspects of patient's health care. Orients, instructs, and directs work activities of assistants and aides. Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting. Proper handovers in case of absenteeism.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Skills and Abilities:
- Must be willing and able to work with multi-cultural and physically handicapped clients.
- Should possess good organization skills and able to work in highly stress situations.
- Able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
