Role Description The Procurement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rabigh, responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities to support the company’s production and operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and processing purchase orders, sourcing materials and services, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role involves evaluating suppliers, monitoring performance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of goods. The Procurement Specialist will negotiate contracts and pricing, analyze market trends and cost data, and help optimize inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock. This position also contributes to continuous improvement in procurement processes, adherence to company policies, and alignment with food industry standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and managing Purchase Orders, including vendor communication, order tracking, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation to assess supplier capabilities, negotiate favorable terms, and manage supplier relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, compare pricing and quality, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing within manufacturing or food industries is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
• Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
