تعلن شركة جسارة لإدارة البرامج (Jasara Program Management Company) عن دعوة لتقديم الاهتمام لوظيفة مسؤول لوجستي وواجهة (منسق أصول) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تأسست جسارة كمشروع مشترك بين أرامكو وجاكوبس وصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، بهدف أن تكون شركة رائدة في إدارة البرامج لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة والابتكار في المملكة. تعمل في قطاع الهندسة المدنية، وتدعم برامج معقدة تتطلب تنسيقًا منضبطًا وممارسات تسليم قوية وتفكيرًا تشغيليًا طويل المدى لضمان نجاح المشاريع. في هذا الدور، ستكون حلقة الوصل بين الخدمات اللوجستية في الموقع وجاهزية الأصول ومواءمة أصحاب المصلحة عبر أنشطة البناء الرئيسية، مع التركيز على هيكلة البيئات سريعة الحركة، ودعم التنسيق السلس بين فرق التسليم، وضمان انتقال الأصول إلى العمليات بوضوح ودقة ومساءلة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تخطيط استراتيجيات الخدمات اللوجستية في الموقع لحركة المواد والمعدات والأفراد لتجنب الازدحام والتأخير.
  • تنسيق عمليات تسليم الموردين والمقاولين لتتوافق مع الجدول الزمني الرئيسي للبناء.
  • إدارة مناطق التجميع وساحات التخزين ومساحات التخزين لضمان التعامل الآمن والدقيق والمتاح مع المواد.
  • دعم حشد الموارد من خلال تنسيق حركة المعدات الثقيلة والأدوات في الموقع عبر مراحل البناء.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل بين العميل وفريق إدارة البرنامج (PMCM) والمقاولين لمواءمة الأصول المسلمة مع التوقعات التشغيلية طويلة المدى.
  • الإشراف على تسليم الأصول من خلال ضمان وضع العلامات والتسجيل والتوثيق للأصول ضمن أنظمة إدارة أصول العميل.
  • الحفاظ على بيانات دقيقة للأصول وتتبع حالتها لتوفير مصدر واحد للحقيقة عبر جميع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • حل مشكلات الواجهة والحدود بين المقاولين ومناطق العمل والأنظمة لمنع حدوث عزلة تشغيلية وتأخير المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تنسيق الأنشطة اللوجستية في مشاريع البناء أو البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
  • خبرة في إدارة تسليم الأصول، بما في ذلك وضع العلامات والتسجيل، وتسليم الكتيبات والضمانات والشهادات إلى نظام إدارة أصول العميل مثل CMMS أو نماذج BIM.
  • الإلمام بـ CMMS ومنصات BIM أو أنظمة إدارة أصول العميل لتتبع البيانات.
  • معرفة قوية بعمليات تسليم الأصول ومعايير وضع العلامات والتحكم في الوثائق.
  • خبرة في حل مشكلات التنسيق عبر الوظائف وإدارة واجهات أصحاب المصلحة عبر العملاء والمقاولين وفرق PMCM.
  • إتقان مهني للغة الإنجليزية.
  • مؤهل للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية وقابل للنقل المحلي.
  • إتقان مهني للغة العربية يعتبر ميزة.

Operating in the civil engineering sector, Jasara supports complex programs where disciplined coordination, strong delivery practices, and long-term operational thinking are essential to project success.

We are inviting expressions of interest for the position of Logistics & Interface Officer (Asset Liaison). In this role, you will play a central role in connecting site logistics, asset readiness, and stakeholder alignment across major construction activities. This role is designed for someone who can bring structure to fast-moving environments, support smooth coordination between delivery teams, and help ensure that assets transition into operations with clarity, accuracy, and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Plan site logistics strategies for the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to avoid congestion and delays
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor deliveries to align with the master construction schedule
  • Manage staging areas, laydown yards, and storage spaces to ensure safe, accurate, and accessible material handling
  • Support resource mobilization by coordinating the movement of heavy equipment and site tools across construction phases
  • Act as the liaison between the client, PMCM team, and contractors to align delivered assets with long-term operational expectations
  • Oversee asset handover by ensuring assets are tagged, registered, and documented within client asset management systems
  • Maintain accurate asset data and status tracking to provide a single source of truth across stakeholders
  • Resolve interface and boundary issues between contractors, work areas, and systems to prevent operational silos and project delays

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture or Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience coordinating logistics activities on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing asset handover, including tagging and registration, and handing over manuals, warranties, and certificates into the client's asset management system, such as CMMS or BIM models
  • Familiarity with CMMS, BIM platforms, or client asset management systems for data tracking
  • Strong knowledge of asset handover processes, tagging standards, and documentation control
  • Experience resolving cross-functional coordination issues and managing stakeholder interfaces across clients, contractors, and PMCM teams
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic is a plus
