المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة مبادرات التحول الرقمي عبر برامج البنية التحتية والتنمية الاجتماعية
  • إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم حلول تقنية ضمن الوقت والميزانية المحددين
  • تحديد الاستراتيجية الرقمية بما يتوافق مع أهداف المؤسسة وأولويات رؤية 2030
  • الإشراف على علاقات البائعين وتنفيذ الحلول وتحسين الأداء المستمر
  • تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات من خلال البيانات والأتمتة والأدوات الرقمية

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة برامج التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات المعقدة
  • خبرة في تقديم المنصات والأدوات والحلول الرقمية في قطاع البيئة المبنية أو التشييد أو البنية التحتية
  • القدرة على بناء الحلول الرقمية ودمجها وأتمتتها وتحسينها
  • خبرة في مواءمة استراتيجية التقنية مع أهداف الأعمال ومبادرات التحول الوطني
  • يفضل خبرة في BIM أو التسليم الرقمي
  • يفضل خبرة عملية مع خدمات منصة Autodesk Construction Cloud ومنصة Microsoft Azure ومنصة Microsoft Power Platform (بما في ذلك Power Apps وPower Automate وPower BI)
  • يفضل خبرة العمل مع .NET وJavaScript أو Python
  • يفضل خبرة مع REST APIs وتكامل الأنظمة وعمليات ETL لتحويل البيانات
  • الإلمام بتسليم المشاريع وخبرة في التعامل مع القيادة التنفيذية وفرق البرامج أو المشاريع والبائعين الخارجيين وأصحاب المصلحة في البنية التحتية من جانب العميل

As Digital Solutions Manager, you will help define and drive the digital direction of major programs, connecting technology strategy with operational goals and broader transformation priorities. The role is suited to someone who can work across business, delivery, and technology stakeholders to turn complex needs into practical, scalable digital solutions that improve how programs are planned, executed, and optimized.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across infrastructure and social development programs
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions on time and within budget
  • Define digital strategy aligned with organizational goals and Vision 2030 priorities
  • Oversee vendor relationships, solution implementation, and ongoing performance optimization
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through data, automation, and digital tools

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs in complex organizations
  • Experience delivering digital platforms, tools, and solutions within the built environment, construction, or infrastructure sectors
  • Ability to build, integrate, automate, and enhance digital solutions
  • Experience aligning technology strategy with business goals and national transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with BIM or digital delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform Services, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience working with .NET and JavaScript or Python
  • Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and ETL processes for data transformation
  • Familiarity with project delivery and experience engaging executive leadership, program or project teams, external vendors, and client-side infrastructure stakeholders
