تعلن شركة JASARA PMC (مشروع مشترك بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وجاكوبس وأرامكو السعودية) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير أول للهيكلة (Sr. Structural Manager) في الرياض، السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى المرشح قيادة وإدارة قسم الهندسة الهيكلية في الشركة، مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنشطة الهندسة الهيكلية بأعلى مستويات الجودة والسلامة والامتثال عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق. سيعمل في بيئة ديناميكية ومليئة بالتحديات، ويتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتسليم مشاريع البنية التحتية الاجتماعية التحويلية في جميع أنحاء المملكة، بما يتماشى مع أهداف رؤية 2030.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإدارة قسم الهندسة الهيكلية، وضمان أن تسليمات المشروع تلبي متطلبات الجودة والوقت والميزانية
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات ومعايير وأفضل الممارسات في الهندسة الهيكلية بما يتوافق مع القوانين واللوائح الصناعية
  • الإشراف على تصميم ومراجعة والموافقة على الحسابات والرسومات والوثائق الهندسية الهيكلية
  • التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين المعماريين والمقاولين والعملاء لضمان توافق التصاميم الهيكلية مع أهداف المشروع
  • توجيه وتطوير موظفي الهندسة الهيكلية، وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والتميز التقني
  • ضمان الامتثال لقوانين البناء والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية
  • تحديد المخاطر المحتملة ووضع خطط التخفيف لمواجهة تحديات الهندسة الهيكلية
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التطورات التقنية والابتكارات في مجال الهندسة الهيكلية

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الهيكلية
  • يفضل بشدة الحصول على رخصة مهنية في الهندسة (PE) أو شهادة معادلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الهندسة الهيكلية، منها 7 سنوات على الأقل في منصب إداري كبير
  • سجل حافل في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبيرة والمعقدة
  • معرفة قوية بقوانين البناء السعودية والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية
  • مهارات استثنائية في القيادة والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
  • خبرة في توجيه وتطوير فرق هندسية عالية الأداء
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق متعددة التخصصات وأصحاب المصلحة
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced Sr. Structural Manager to lead and oversee the structural engineering division within our organization. As Sr. Structural Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all structural engineering activities are executed with the highest levels of quality, safety, and compliance across large-scale infrastructure projects. Your leadership will be critical in driving technical excellence and innovation while aligning with the strategic goals of JASARA PMC and Vision 2030.

Working in a dynamic and challenging environment, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver transformational social infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco on impactful projects that shape the future of the Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the structural engineering department, ensuring project deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements
  • Develop and implement structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices in line with industry codes and regulations
  • Oversee the design, review, and approval of structural engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure structural designs align with project objectives
  • Mentor and develop structural engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address structural engineering challenges
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and innovations in structural engineering

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification highly preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in structural engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior management role
  • Proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
