شركة Jasara Program Management Company (مشروع مشترك بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وأرامكو السعودية وجاكوبس) تعلن عن وظيفة مدير موقع (Site Manager) في الرياض، للإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع في الموقع وضمان تحقيق الأهداف.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

بصفتك مدير موقع، ستؤدي دوراً محورياً في دفع تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح على أرض الواقع، وضمان سير أنشطة البناء بكفاءة وبما يتوافق مع أهداف المشروع العامة. هذه الوظيفة مناسبة لقائد قادر على جمع أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين، والحفاظ على معايير تشغيلية عالية، ودعم التميز في التسليم في بيئات البناء سريعة الإيقاع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على عمليات موقع البناء اليومية وضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان، وفي الموعد المحدد، وضمن الميزانية، ووفقاً لمعايير الجودة المطلوبة.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين عبر أنشطة الموقع.
  • مراقبة تقدم الموقع مقابل المعالم الرئيسية للمشروع وتتبع الأداء.
  • تحديد وحل المشكلات والمخاطر في الموقع لضمان كفاءة البناء.
  • فرض لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
  • إعداد تقارير الموقع وإبلاغ حالة المشروع للإدارة.
  • ضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق في قطاعي العقارات والبنية التحتية.
  • خبرة عملية في أنظمة مراقبة المشاريع أو إجراءات ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة أو أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين، والعمل مع فرق المشروع الداخلية، وإبلاغ حالة الموقع للإدارة العليا.
  • شهادة PMP.
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة في مجال الأعمال.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في برامج Primavera P6 أو MS Project أو أدوات إعداد التقارير ومراقبة المشاريع (ميزة إضافية).
  • معرفة بمعايير البناء السعودية وموافقاتها (ميزة إضافية).

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in driving successful project execution on the ground, helping ensure that construction activities progress efficiently and align with broader project objectives. This role is well suited to a leader who can bring together multiple stakeholders, maintain high operational standards, and support delivery excellence across fast-moving construction environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across site activities
  • Monitor site progress against project milestones and track performance
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues and risks to maintain construction efficiency
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and safe work practices
  • Prepare site reports and communicate project status to management
  • Ensure timely and efficient project delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate and infrastructure construction projects
  • Hands-on experience with project controls, QA/QC procedures, or HSE management systems
  • Proven experience coordinating with contractors and consultants, working with internal project teams, and reporting site status to senior management
  • PMP certification
  • Business-fluent English and Arabic
  • Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or site reporting and project controls tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and approvals is a plus
