نبذة عن الوظيفة

ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة مرحلة التشطيب في مشاريع بناء كبيرة، حيث تعتبر الدقة في التفاصيل والتنسيق وجودة التنفيذ عوامل حاسمة لنجاح المشروع. ستعمل عن كثب مع فرق الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تنفيذ حزم التشطيب وفقاً للمواصفات وبما يتوافق مع الجداول الزمنية، مع التأهب للتفتيش والتسليم. هذا الدور هندسي ميداني ذو تأثير مباشر على جودة المشروع النهائية ورضا العميل.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على أعمال التشطيب لضمان الامتثال للجودة والجدول الزمني والمواصفات
  • تنسيق أعمال المقاولين من الباطن وفرق الموقع في أنشطة التشطيب المعماري والداخلي
  • مراجعة المخططات وحل المشكلات الفنية المتعلقة بالتشطيب أثناء تنفيذ المشروع
  • مراقبة اعتماد المواد وعمليات التفتيش والتأهب لتسليم حزم التشطيب
  • ضمان أن أعمال التشطيب تلبي معايير السلامة وتوقعات العميل في الموقع

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو تخصص إنشائي ذي صلة
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في هندسة التشطيب، بما في ذلك إدارة أعمال التشطيب لمشاريع سكنية أو متعددة الاستخدامات واسعة النطاق
  • خبرة قوية في حزم التسليم والتفتيش، بما في ذلك عمليات التفتيش لأعمال التشطيب
  • خبرة في مراجعة المخططات الإنشائية لأعمال التشطيب وحل المشكلات الفنية أثناء التنفيذ
  • معرفة متينة بمعايير البناء السعودية وخبرة في اعتماد المواد لأعمال التشطيب
  • قدرة مثبتة على التنسيق الفعال مع المقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين ومديري المشاريع والمهندسين المعماريين وفرق مراقبة الجودة/ضمان الجودة وفرق التسليم
  • مسجل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين
  • مؤهل للنقل المحلي في المملكة العربية السعودية

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في التشطيبات الداخلية (fit-out)
  • خبرة عملية في الأسقف والأرضيات وتكسية الجدران
  • خبرة في أعمال النجارة (joinery)

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to major construction projects by leading the finishing phase of delivery, where attention to detail, coordination, and execution quality are critical to project success.

As a Superstructure Engineer (Finishing), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality finishing works across large-scale projects. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to help ensure finishing packages are executed to specification, aligned with project milestones, and ready for inspection and handover. This is a hands-on engineering role with direct impact on final project quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee finishing works to ensure quality, schedule, and specification compliance
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams across architectural and interior finishing activities
  • Review drawings and resolve finishing-related technical issues during project execution
  • Monitor material approvals, inspections, and handover readiness for finishing packages
  • Ensure finishing works meet safety standards and client expectations on site

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related construction discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in finishing engineering, including managing finishing works for large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
  • Strong experience with handover and inspection packages, including inspection processes for finishing works
  • Experience reviewing construction drawings for finishing works and resolving technical issues during execution
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi construction standards and experience with material approvals for finishing works
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, project managers, architects, QA/QC teams, and handover teams
  • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers
  • Eligible for local transfer in Saudi Arabia

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with interior fit-out
  • Hands-on experience with ceilings, flooring, and wall cladding
  • Experience with joinery
