شركة جسارة لإدارة البرامج (Jasara Program Management Company) تبحث عن مدير كهرباء أول (Senior Electrical Manager) للعمل في الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقود ويدير جميع أنشطة الهندسة الكهربائية والإنشاءات طوال دورة حياة المشروع، مع ضمان تصميم وتركيب واختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية وفقاً للمواصفات ومعايير الجودة والسلامة والميزانية. يعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والاستشاريين والمقاولين والعملاء لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الهندسة الكهربائية والإنشاءات.
  • إدارة مراجعات التصميم الكهربائي وضمان الامتثال للكودات والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
  • التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والاستشاريين والمقاولين والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى.
  • مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الكهربائية والمواصفات والمستندات الفنية واختيارات المواد.
  • مراقبة جداول المشاريع والميزانيات وتخصيص الموارد لضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة.
  • تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف.
  • الإشراف على اختبار وتشغيل وتسليم الأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • حل المشكلات الفنية وتقديم حلول هندسية أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
  • قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فرق الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • تقييم أداء المقاولين وضمان الالتزام بالالتزامات التعاقدية.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية وتحديثات التقدم والعروض التقديمية للإدارة.
  • دعم أنشطة المشتريات من خلال مراجعة العروض الفنية ومقترحات البائعين.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية (درجة الماجستير ميزة إضافية).
  • شهادة الهندسة المهنية (Professional Engineering) مفضلة.
  • شهادة PMP ميزة إضافية.

Job Summary:

The Senior Electrical Manager is responsible for leading and managing all electrical engineering and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures that electrical systems are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget requirements. The Senior Electrical Manager works closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all electrical engineering and construction activities
  • Manage electrical design reviews and ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
  • Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and material selections
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution
  • Lead, mentor, and develop electrical engineering teams
  • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and management presentations
  • Support procurement activities by reviewing technical bids and vendor proposals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • Professional Engineering certification is preferred
  • PMP certification is an advantage
